Tossing peanut shells in the quad? Oh, the food allergy crimes against humanity are truly frightening. <\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hives of Hate<\/h2>\n<p>You know what is truly frightening? Actual crimes against humanity. The kind committed by Hamas, an actual terrorist organization that systematically brutalized, raped, and murdered some <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnn.com\/middleeast\/live-news\/israel-news-hamas-war-10-13-23\/h_8cec32ea5d3cdc440c1749111132b053\">1,300 people<\/a> in the most barbaric attack on Jews since the Holocaust. Perhaps such atrocities should come as no surprise from a holy war-driven entity whose charter clearly spells out the destruction of Israel and the annihilation of Jews. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cReleased on August 18, 1988, the original covenant spells out clearly Hamas\u2019s genocidal intentions. Accordingly, what happened in Israel on Saturday [Oct. 7] is completely in keeping with Hamas\u2019s explicit aims and stated objectives. It was, in fact, the inchoate realization of Hamas\u2019s true ambitions,\u201d Bruce Hoffman wrote in a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theatlantic.com\/international\/archive\/2023\/10\/hamas-covenant-israel-attack-war-genocide\/675602\/#:~:text=Israel's%20Complete%20and%20Utter%20Destruction&#038;text=Quoting%20Hassan%20al-Banna,%20the,it%20obliterated%20others%20before%20it.%E2%80%9D\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">piece<\/a> published in The Atlantic just three days after the breathtaking exhibition of brutality. <\/p>\n<p>What else is appalling but not unexpected is the violent wave of antisemitism sweeping America\u2019s esteemed institutions of higher education, like the gilded UCLA and Columbia University, where pro-Hamas, anti-Israel protesters reign supreme. These citadels of tolerance and inclusion have become hives of hate, so much so that a Jewish student at the hypocritical \u201csafe space\u201d of Columbia is suing the university for failing to provide a \u201csafe education environment,\u201d the Hill <a href=\"https:\/\/thehill.com\/homenews\/4631059-jewish-student-sues-columbia-for-failing-to-provide-a-safe-environment-amid-campus-protests\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">reported<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe encampment has been the center of round-the-clock harassment of Jewish students, who have been punched, shoved, spat upon, blocked from attending classes and moving freely about campus, and targeted by pro-terrorist hate speech \u2014 both verbal and in written form on massive banners and signs \u2014 with statements such as: \u2018Death to the Jews\u2019; \u2018Long live Hamas\u2019; \u2018Globalize the Intifada,\u2019\u201d the lawsuit <a href=\"https:\/\/thehill.com\/homenews\/4631059-jewish-student-sues-columbia-for-failing-to-provide-a-safe-environment-amid-campus-protests\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">alleges.<\/a> <\/p>\n<p>Intifada, by the way, is an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ajc.org\/translatehate\/Globalize-the-Intifada\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">uprising promoting violence against Jews<\/a>, wearing the mask of \u201cresistance\u201d against Israel. <\/p>\n<p>Columbia, the prestigious school that <a href=\"https:\/\/www.college.columbia.edu\/about\/mission\">likes to boast<\/a> that it offers \u201cevery student with a comprehensive and transformational understanding of modern civilization,\u201d has been taken over by the defenders of the kind of barbarism that should be an affront to all civilized nations. <\/p>\n<p>Administrators at the private, Ivy League school \u2014 after being kowtowed by the radical class that its leftist policies have created and coddled \u2014 have begun threatening these pro-Hamas squatters with <a href=\"https:\/\/apnews.com\/article\/israel-palestinian-campus-student-protests-war-19ed919ff6ff9573a8add4ec67e26181\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">academic suspensions<\/a>. Students and faculty members are demanding \u201camnesty\u201d for the suspended.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Refusing to Enforce the Law<\/h2>\n<p>Meanwhile, at the taxpayer-funded University of Wisconsin-Madison, the lunatics are in charge of the asylum, and, again, the tolerance crowd is afraid to enforce the law. Many of the same chants and sidewalk chalkings about global intifada fill the leftist campus, along with the tents of protesters who are clearly <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.legis.wisconsin.gov\/code\/admin_code\/uws\/18\/08\">breaking state law<\/a> prohibiting camping on Wisconsin university property. <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/fedsoc.org\/contributors\/dan-lennington\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Dan Lennington,<\/a> a constitutional law expert and deputy counsel at the <a href=\"https:\/\/will-law.org\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Wisconsin Institute for Law and Liberty,<\/a> says UW-Madison <a href=\"https:\/\/chancellor.wisc.edu\/about\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Chancellor Jennifer Mnookin <\/a>is picking favorites in providing safe spaces for the pro-Palestinian protesters who are breaking the law. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cBy refusing to enforce a neutral state law, she\u2019s allowing protesters to argue they are not breaking the law. On the other hand, she\u2019s opening up Jewish students to racial harassment, which she has a duty to investigate under <a href=\"https:\/\/www2.ed.gov\/about\/offices\/list\/ocr\/docs\/hq43e4.html#:~:text=Title%20VI%20of%20the%20Civil%20Rights%20Act%20of%201964%20prohibits,that%20receive%20federal%20financial%20assistance.\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Title VI,<\/a>\u201d Lennington wrote Monday on his X account. \u201cEasy option would just to be enforce the law. I wouldn\u2019t want to have to defend <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/UWMadison\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">@UWMadison<\/a> if police officers or administration officials are setting themselves up for a claim that they acquiesced and\/or created a temporary public forum. So Mnookin and crew have \u201cencouraged\u201d the demonstrators to take down the tents while assuring them that \u201ccampus leaders stand ready to meet with campus-based organizers to discuss their demands.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe continue to ask the protesters to voluntarily comply with state law against tents and encampments on university property,\u201d Mnookin said of the don\u2019t tell, ask position of the university. (What do you think that position would be if Tea Party students or anti-Covid vaccine demonstrators had set up encampments on campus?)\u00a0\u201cWe hope that protestors will elect to avail themselves of the many alternative ways to protest and to express their views without tents or encampments on our campus grounds.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=VyEYiTD3eqc\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">tents were still up as of late Monday evening, <\/a>according to multiple reports. Protesters were holding the UW\u2019s Library Mall hostage until the university met their demands, including cutting all ties with Israeli institutions and divesting from companies benefiting from Israel\u2019s war on terror.<\/p>\n<p>And the delusion of the indoctrinated, failed by an educational system teaching DEI instead of history, goes on. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s incredibly meaningful, and it makes such a strong statement. You know, the American people and specifically young people are sick and tired of our institutions supporting violence, supporting genocide, and allowing these atrocities to continue.
