The\u2063 law \u200cfirm representing\u200d Mayor Tiffany Henyard of\u2063 Dolton, Illinois, has sought to withdraw from her cases amid \u2063legal battles \u2063citing lack of \u2064payment.\u2062 This was \u200bconveyed in a letter sent to both Henyard and the village\u2064 trustees.  <\/p>\n<p class=\"readmore\">\n    <button onclick=\"showReadMore()\" id=\"readmorebtn\">Read more&#8230;<\/button>\n<\/p>\n<hr id=\"line\">\n<span id=\"more\"><\/p>\n<div data-td-block-uid=\"tdi_78\">\n<p>The law firm representing Mayor <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/tag\/tiffany-henyard\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title>Tiffany Henyard<\/a> of Dolton, Illinois, has <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailymail.co.uk\/news\/article-13362269\/Illinois-mayor-tiffany-henyard-fired-law-firm.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title>asked<\/a> to withdraw from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/covid-has-killed-her-hundreds-of-thousands-but-abortion-has-killed-her-tens-of-millions\/\" title=\"COVID Has Killed Her Hundreds of Thousands, But Abortion Has Killed Her Tens of Millions\">cases involving<\/a> her in the middle of numerous <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/news\/justice\/2958997\/former-chicago-mayor-lori-lightfoot-hired-investigate-america-worst-mayor\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title>legal<\/a> challenges involving the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/news\/justice\/2962518\/countrys-worst-mayor-tiffany-henyard-named-in-sexual-assault-lawsuit-as-she-fights-off-corruption-charges\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title>embattled<\/a> mayor.<\/p>\n<p>In a letter to Henyard and the village trustees, the Del Galdo Law Group said Henyard had not paid the law firm for its work and that the village may be uninsurable with millions of dollars in judgments against it. Henyard is the subject of 22 lawsuits so far.<\/p>\n<p>Former employees, town residents, and others involved have levied numerous complaints against Henyard since she was elected mayor. Some of the things she has been accused of include wrongfully terminating employees, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/voa-whistleblower-misrepresented-academic-credentials\/\" title=\"VOA \u2018Whistleblower\u2019 Misrepresented Academic Credentials\">misusing public funds<\/a>, and attempting to cover up a sexual assault by an employee on a trip to Las Vegas.<\/p>\n<p>The aforementioned civil suit is one of Henyard\u2019s most egregious, as she fired the victim and a police officer in an alleged attempt to hide the scandal after village trustee Andrew Holmes allegedly sexually assaulted an employee in Las Vegas. <\/p>\n<p>Another accusation against Henyard is the alleged misuse of her charity\u2019s funds, which mostly come from taxpayers, as the Tiffany Henyard Cares Foundation hasn\u2019t been transparent with its financial data.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/washingtonexaminer.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title><strong>CLICK HERE TO READ MORE FROM THE WASHINGTON EXAMINER<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>A referendum recalling Henyard as mayor passed in June 2022, but Cook County Circuit Court Judge Paul Karkula ruled it invalid.
