Ambassador Nikki Haley won almost 17 percent of the vote in Pennsylvania even though she <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/ap-breaking-nikki-haley-throw-towel-super-tuesday-beat\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">dropped out<\/a> of the race more than a month ago.<\/p>\n<p>It was a fairly high number for a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/farewell-gop-establishment-4-takeaways-super-tuesday\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">candidate<\/a> whose campaign was suspended back on March 6. And it prompted the NeverTrump group Republicans Against Trump to crow about what the numbers might mean.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWOW.
