Wade<\/em> over it \u2014 he took credit for it. He said there has to be \u2018punishment\u2019 for women exercising their reproductive freedom,\u201d Biden said, and when the audience began to boo, he added, \u201cHis words, not mine.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHe described the <em>Dobbs<\/em> decision as a \u2018miracle.\u2019 Maybe it\u2019s coming from that Bible he\u2019s trying to sell,\u201d Biden continued, prompting laughter from the crowd. \u201cWhoa. I almost wanted to buy one just to see what the hell is in it.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFolks, it was no miracle. Wade\">nationwide abortion ban<\/a>.
