The Office of Personnel Management issued directives for\u2064 gender identity inclusion in the federal \u200bworkplace, emphasizing \u2064pronoun\u2064 usage and \u200cgender identity trainings. Various\u200d federal agencies, \u200blike the Department of the Interior and \u200cNational \u2064Security Agency, have implemented policies supporting transgender employees. The NSA,\u2063 ODNI, NASA, and Air Force Academy have also enforced guidelines against misgendering\u200b and \u200ddiscrimination\u2062 in the workplace.  <\/p>\n<p class=\"readmore\">\n    <button onclick=\"showReadMore()\" id=\"readmorebtn\">Read more&#8230;<\/button>\n<\/p>\n<hr id=\"line\">\n<span id=\"more\"><\/p>\n<p>The Biden administration has set out to encourage gender transition attempts among federal bureaucrats, establishing gender transition support plans, holding trainings pushing Left-wing gender ideology, and even telling federal employees that referring to someone by biologically accurate pronouns is discrimination.<\/p>\n<p>In a document published by the Office of Personnel Management (OPM), effectively the human resources department of the federal government, the Biden administration commanded federal agencies to embed \u201cgender identity inclusion practices\u201d throughout the bureaucracy.<\/p>\n<p>\u200b\u200bTitled \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.opm.gov\/policy-data-oversight\/diversity-equity-inclusion-and-accessibility\/reference-materials\/guidance-regarding-gender-identity-and-inclusion-in-the-federal-workplace.pdf\">Guidance Regarding Gender Identity and Inclusion in the Federal Workplace<\/a>,\u201d the document was published on \u201ctransgender day of visibility,\u201d March 31, and it instructs agencies to \u201ctake actions to ensure that all Federal employees have their respective gender identities accurately reflected and identified in the workplace.\u201d The document specifically tells the federal bureaucracy to ensure that name and pronoun changes are respected, warning that those who use \u201cincorrect\u201d terms might \u201ccontribute to an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/navy-guidance-trans-men-can-use-facility-that-corresponds-to-their-gender-identity-misgendering-leads-to-unlawful-hostile-work-environment\/\" title=\"Navy Guidance: Trans Men Can \u2018Use Facility That Corresponds To Their Gender Identity,\u2019 Misgendering Leads To \u2018Unlawful Hostile Work Environment\u2019\">unlawful hostile work environment<\/a>.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>It also directs agencies to host gender identity trainings, saying they should \u201ctake steps to implement or increase the availability of training programs on gender identity and inclusion in the Federal workplace for employees, managers, and leadership.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>While the OPM document further formalizes the Biden administration\u2019s support of transgenderism, numerous federal agencies have already established policies to encourage transgenderism in the federal workforce. The Department of the Interior (DOI), for example, published a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.doi.gov\/document-library\/human-resources-policy\/pb-23-03-supporting-gender-transition-federal-workplace\">document<\/a> called \u201cSupporting Gender Transition in the Federal Workplace\u201d that lays out how the federal agency will offer support to bureaucrats who are attempting to change their sex.<\/p>\n<p>The guide includes a list of gender identity vocabulary terms and instructs employees to avoid using someone\u2019s \u201cdead name,\u201d a term for the name one used before attempting to change sexes. \u201cRepeated, intentional refusal to use the employee\u2019s affirming \u2026 or repeated reference to the employee\u2019s dead name\/gender\/pronouns \u2026 is contrary to the goal of treating all employees with dignity and respect,\u201d the document reads. \u201cSuch intentional conduct could constitute unlawful discrimination.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>All departments are encouraged to \u201cestablish, in collaboration with their supervisor\/manager, a support team \u2026 to assist in the development and implementation of their Workplace Gender Transition Plan.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The DOI has also set out to celebrate transgenderism through trainings and activities. The Daily Wire <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/biden-admin-celebrates-trans-day-of-visibility-by-screening-movie-pushing-for-more-queer-marine-biologists\">recently revealed<\/a> that the agency celebrated \u201ctransgender day of visibility\u201d by screening a documentary calling for more queer marine biologists. It also hosted a \u201cTrans 101\u201d employee training course in December. The course was led by Ben Greene, a \u201ctransgender advocate and educator\u201d who discussed \u201cthe issues that the transgender community is facing in the world and workforce, and what individuals and organizations can do to create a safe, supportive environment for all people.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The National Security Agency (NSA) has implemented its own policies on \u201cmisgendering,\u201d effectively prohibiting its employees from using biologically correct pronouns when referencing someone who is attempting to change sexes.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIntentional misgendering shall not be permitted or tolerated,\u201d one 2021 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nsa.gov\/portals\/75\/documents\/news-features\/declassified-documents\/nsa-css-policies\/NSACSS_P_1-78_20210525.pdf?ver=VA4t45iPZ83RG18Hz3NZXA%3D%3D&#038;darkschemeovr=1\">document<\/a> from the NSA reads. A diversity newsletter from the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI), <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/bidens-top-intelligence-agency-says-crossdressing-makes-man-better-intelligence-officer-internal-docs-show\">obtained exclusively<\/a> by The Daily Wire, featured an article from an anonymous agent who claimed that crossdressing made him a \u201cbetter intelligence officer.\u201d\u00a0The ODNI has its own <a href=\"https:\/\/www.odni.gov\/files\/documents\/ICD\/ICD_125-Gender-Identity-and-Inclusivity.pdf\">policy<\/a> against \u201cmisgendering,\u201d warning that offenders could face disciplinary action.\u00a0\u201cIntentional and repeated misgendering, including use of the incorrect name, pronoun, honorific, and gender-related language of an individual, could contribute to an unlawful hostile work environment or discrimination claims, and may result in disciplinary action.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>NASA announced similar policies in a 20-page <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nasa.gov\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/new_gender_transition_guidance_final_tagged.pdf\">document<\/a> titled, \u201cSupporting Gender Transition\/Affirmation in the Workplace,\u201d even encouraging employees to report others who use the \u201cincorrect\u201d pronouns to their supervisor.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBe a good ally,\u201d the document commands. \u201cIf you hear or observe a co-worker using an incorrect name or incorrect pronouns after an announcement or request to refer to the transitioning employee by a specific name and with specific pronouns, gently and discreetly correct them or discuss the matter with your supervisor.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The United States Air Force Academy similarly embraced a policy against so-called misgendering, telling The Daily Wire that \u201cintentional misgendering may be considered discrimination or harassment under our Equal Opportunity Policies.\u201d<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"500\" Academy that men can become women and women can become men, a spokesman responded: \u201cYes, the U.S. Air Force Academy recognizes that an individual\u2019s internal or personal sense of gender may not match the individual\u2019s assigned sex at birth,\u201d adding that \u201cindividuals assigned male at birth may transition to female.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>President Biden has issued multiple executive orders intended to institutionalize the DEI agenda in the federal government, all while former President Donald Trump pledges that he will gut the bureaucracy through <a href=\"https:\/\/www.whitehouse.gov\/briefing-room\/presidential-actions\/2021\/06\/25\/executive-order-on-diversity-equity-inclusion-and-accessibility-in-the-federal-workforce\/\">executive orders<\/a> of his own if he is reelected.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe will <a protections enjoyed by federal bureaucrats, making them more difficult to fire.<\/p>\n<p>Trump is charging ahead with his plan to fire federal bureaucrats, with his allies at the Heritage Foundation\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.project2025.org\/\">Project 2025<\/a> assembling a personnel database to take the place of outgoing bureaucrats who\u2019ve pushed the far-Left
