Invite Sen. Tester. Don\u2019t invite the other senator because he\u2019s a Republican,\u201d says Tyler Robinson, a special adviser to SBA staff, in the video, referencing the Montana Democrat in a critical Senate race this cycle. \u201cAnd don\u2019t invite the two members of Congress because they\u2019re Republicans.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Ernst, the ranking member of the Senate Small Business Panel,\u00a0referenced the report, calling it \u201ctroubling\u201d in her letter.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe senior advisor indicates you and your team are participating in politically motivated travel with taxpayer dollars and hiding controversial small business policy decisions from members of Congress,\u201d Ernst wrote in a letter provided to the <em>Washington Examiner. <\/em><\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe senior advisor claims you are \u2018the most traveled member of the cabinet\u2019 and that your <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/portland-to-take-stand-on-texas-abortion-law-forces-people-to-carry-pregnancies\/\" title=\"Portland To Take Stand On Texas Abortion Law: Forces \u2018People To Carry Pregnancies\u2019\">official travel<\/a> is purposefully targeted to \u2018indirectly campaign for Joe Biden\u2019 in a way that attempts to circumvent the Hatch Act,\u201d she added. \u201cUsing taxpayer dollars in an attempt to engage in federal campaign activities is a gross abuse of official agency resources and needs to be further investigated.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The Iowa senator also references the SBA\u2019s collaboration with the Michigan Department of State on a<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sba.gov\/article\/2024\/03\/19\/sba-administrator-guzman-announces-agencys-first-ever-voter-registration-agreement-michigan\"> program<\/a> \u201cto <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/nba-will-not-schedule-games-on-election-day-important-to-our-democracy\/\" title=\"NBA Will Not Schedule Games On Election Day: \"Important To Our Democracy\"\">promote civic engagement<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/fridays-fun-fraud-fact-mysterious-spike-in-incomplete-nv-voter-registrations-13372-with-invalid-birthdates-and-casinos-and-temporary-rv-parks-as-a-home-address\/\" title=\"FRIDAY'S FUN FRAUD FACT: Mysterious Spike in Incomplete NV Voter Registrations - 13,372 with Invalid Birthdates and Casinos and Temporary RV Parks as a Home Address\">voter registration<\/a> in Michigan,\u201d according to a press release that came out last month. The Michigan Department of State would generate a link for SBA to use to drive online visitors to register to vote. The agency\u2019s Michigan field office would also allow officials to hold voter registration events.
