Morgan, however, praised Swift as\u2063 a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/i-am-shattered-toby-keiths-daughter-breaks-silence-following-fathers-death\/\" title=\"Toby Keith's daughter speaks out after father's death: 'I am shattered\">talented\u2063 singer-songwriter<\/a> with immense fame and \u2063influence.  <\/p>\n<p class=\"readmore\">\n    <button onclick=\"showReadMore()\" id=\"readmorebtn\">Read more&#8230;<\/button>\n<\/p>\n<hr id=\"line\">\n<span id=\"more\"><\/p>\n<p>Daily Wire host Matt Walsh said Taylor Swift is \u201cnot a positive influence\u201d while he and talk show host Piers Morgan debated the superstar\u2019s dominance in the culture.<\/p>\n<p>On Tuesday\u2019s edition of \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=Cs3UbPAIptI\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Piers Morgan Uncensored<\/a>,\u201d Morgan and the host of \u201cThe Matt Walsh Show\u201d podcast talked about Swift\u2019s \u201cbrand of feminism,\u201d with Morgan praising the singer as an \u201cincredibly gifted singer-songwriter\u201d who\u2019s now more famous than the Beatles.<\/p>\n<p>Walsh admitted he\u2019s not \u201cexactly a Taylor Swift scholar,\u201d and said these days the \u201cBlank Space\u201d hitmaker is \u201cone of the most famous people in the world\u201d and the \u201cmost powerful, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/biden-campaign-planning-to-use-taylor-swift-to-fuel-re-election-report\/\" title=\"Report: Biden campaign to enlist Taylor Swift for re-election boost\">influential pop star<\/a> by a mile.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThere are many <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/lady-gaga-justin-bieber-and-korean-pop-band-scrubbed-from-friends-reunion-after-offending-chinese-dictatorship\/\" title=\"Lady Gaga, Justin Bieber, And Korean Pop Band Scrubbed From \u2018Friends\u2019 Reunion After Offending Chinese Dictatorship\">pop stars<\/a> that are far more objectionable than her, and far more vulgar and objectionable,\u201d the Daily Wire host explained. \u201cI think, for the most part, what you get from Taylor Swift, it\u2019s not good\u2026it\u2019s just kind of vapid and shallow and silly.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe most relevant criticism of her is that she\u2019s 34,\u201d he added \u201cShe\u2019s a 34-year-old woman still singing about her high school-level relationship problems. So, this appears to be a 34-year-old woman who hasn\u2019t grown up much. And hasn\u2019t grown as a person or an artist.<\/p>\n<p>Walsh noted how Swift even has a song on her new album The Tortured Poets Department, called \u201cSo High School,\u201d where he said she\u2019s \u201cactually comparing her current relationships to being in high school.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSo, this is someone kind of in a state of arrested development,\u201d he added. \u201cAnd I think that there are a lot of people in the West who struggle with that same condition.
