Abortion services accounted for over 97% of their <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/katelynn-richardson-planned-parenthoods-sneaky-change-to-fetal-heartbeat-info-is-only-the-latest-example-of-the-orgs-tradition-of-de\/\" title=\"Katelynn Richardson: \u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200bPlanned Parenthood's Sneaky Change to Fetal Heartbeat Info Is Only the Latest Example of the Org's Tradition of Deception\">pregnancy resolution services<\/a>, raising concerns about their primary \u200cfocus\u200d on abortion procedures.  <\/p>\n<p class=\"readmore\">\n    <button onclick=\"showReadMore()\" id=\"readmorebtn\">Read more&#8230;<\/button>\n<\/p>\n<hr id=\"line\">\n<span id=\"more\"><\/p>\n<p>Planned Parenthood performed more abortions in 2021 and 2022 despite a massive decrease in patients, according to its latest annual report.<\/p>\n<p>The country\u2019s largest abortion provider <a href=\"https:\/\/cdn.plannedparenthood.org\/uploads\/filer_public\/ec\/f4\/ecf43d92-fcd2-4d11-b299-e67b5c3ac394\/2024-ppfa-annualreport-c3-digital.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">reported<\/a> that it <a href=\"https:\/\/lozierinstitute.org\/fact-sheet-planned-parenthoods-2022-23-annual-report\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">performed<\/a> 392,715 abortions in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/hollywood-foreign-press-association-accused-of-ethical-violations-ahead-of-golden-globes\/\" title=\"Hollywood Foreign Press Association Accused Of Ethical Violations Ahead Of Golden Globes\">fiscal year ending<\/a> in fall 2022.<\/p>\n<p>That total is more than 18,000, or 5% higher, than the number of abortions performed the previous year, according to an analysis by the Charlotte Lozier Institute. It\u2019s also a 20% increase over the organization\u2019s past 10 annual reports.<\/p>\n<p>Abortions made up more than 97% of Planned Parenthood\u2019s pregnancy resolution services. Prenatal care, miscarriage care, and adoption referrals made up the other less than 3%. All in all, the abortion provider performed 228 abortions for every adoption referral, a higher ratio than each of the past 10 years.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPlanned Parenthood\u2019s business is abortion, abortion and more abortion,\u201d said Marjorie Dannenfelser, president of Susan B. Anthony Pro-Life America.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTheir annual report shocks the conscience, showing that they ended nearly 393,000 American lives in a single year. This puts abortions performed by Planned Parenthood in the top four leading causes of death in the United States, after heart disease, cancer and COVID-19,\u201d Dannenfelser said.<\/p>\n<p>The annual reports \u201cconsistently provide solid evidence that Planned Parenthood continues to prioritize abortion,\u201d said Michael New, a social scientist and senior associate scholar at the Charlotte Lozier Institute, which analyzed the report.<\/p>\n<p>While abortions were spiking, Planned Parenthood was serving fewer patients.<\/p>\n<p>The report shows a total of 2.05 million patients over this period, 80,000 fewer people than the previous year.<\/p>\n<p>Since 2010, Planned Parenthood\u2019s total services have plummeted 17%.<\/p>\n<p>Prenatal services are down 80% since peaking in 2009, and contraceptive services are down 39%.
