He lives in West Harlem but is originally from Ireland, is married to a spouse currently in school, and has no children. He reads news from the <em>New York Times<\/em>, the <em>Daily Mail<\/em>, and some Fox News and MSNBC.<\/p>\n<p>B280 is a native New Yorker and has been an oncology nurse for 15 years. She is not married and has no children but lives with a fiance who works in finance. She gets her news from the <em>New York Times<\/em>, CNN, and Google and has a Facebook account.<\/p>\n<p>Blanche asked her about her views on Trump, to which she replied, \u201cI don\u2019t really have one.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEspecially in this courtroom, he will be treated as anyone else can be treated, and no one is above the law,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n<p>B381 is an Asian man who appeared to be in his early 30s. He is originally from Oregon and works as a corporate lawyer. He reads news from the <em>New York Times<\/em>, the <em>Wall Street Journal<\/em>, and Google.<\/p>\n<p>B89 is a man who said he found Trump \u201cfascinating and mysterious.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHe walks into a room, and he sets people off one way or another,\u201d B89 said. \u201cI find that really interesting. Really, this one guy can do all of this. Wow, that\u2019s what I think.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>B374 is a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/black-lives-matter-curriculum-is-bludgeoning-black-history-month\/\" title=\"Black Lives Matter Curriculum Is Bludgeoning Black History Month\">young black woman<\/a> who said she has friends with strong opinions about Trump but also said she is not a political person. She said she appreciates the fact that Trump \u201cspeaks his mind and I\u2019d rather that than someone who\u2019s in office who you don\u2019t know what they\u2019re thinking.\u201d Notably, she said she wasn\u2019t aware Trump was being criminally charged until she was called for jury selection.<\/p>\n<p>And B297 is a woman who has been a Chelsea resident for a little over a year and a half and works as a software engineer for the Walt Disney Company.<\/p>\n<p>More than half of the nearly 100 people processed in the first round of jury selection on Monday were almost immediately excused after they said they could not be fair or impartial in a trial that contains facts and allegations dating back to Trump\u2019s 2016 election.<\/p>\n<p>By Tuesday afternoon, the initial group of 96 jurors that began undergoing the process the day before had been narrowed down to 24, according to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/biden-open-to-meeting-with-speaker-johnson-on-foreign-aid\/\" title=\"Biden willing to meet Speaker Johnson regarding foreign aid\">press pool reports<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">CLICK HERE TO READ MORE FROM THE WASHINGTON EXAMINER<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The process of jury selection, which was estimated to take two weeks, can\u2019t conclude without the selection of six more jurors and six alternates who are needed before opening arguments can commence. Attorneys for the prosecution and defense are vetting up to 500 people overall.<\/p>\n<p>However, Merchan suggested that based on the current pace of the selection process, opening arguments could start as soon as Monday.
