The lawsuit, filed by America First Legal, includes plaintiffs like Dr. Ronny Jackson and Taylor Force&#8217;s \u200bparents. The defendants&#8217; attempt to dismiss the case was declined\u2064 on February 2, 2024. A\u2064 legal action \u2064accuses President \u2062Biden and \u2064Secretary of State Antony \u200cBlinken of knowingly \u2063aiding Palestinian terrorism\u200c using U.S. taxpayer money\u200b in violation of the\u200d Taylor Force Act. America First \u200bLegal filed the lawsuit, with plaintiffs such as Dr. Ronny Jackson and Taylor Force&#8217;s parents.\u200d The defendants&#8217; \u200cmotion to dismiss was rejected on February \u20632,\u200b 2024.  <\/p>\n<p class=\"readmore\">\n    <button onclick=\"showReadMore()\" id=\"readmorebtn\">Read more&#8230;<\/button>\n<\/p>\n<hr id=\"line\">\n<span id=\"more\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">A <a href=\"https:\/\/aflegal.org\/afl-files-amended-complaint-against-president-biden-and-secretary-of-state-blinken-to-enforce-the-taylor-force-act-and-to-stop-u-s-funding-of-palestinian-terrorism-highlights-bidens-knowled\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">lawsuit<\/a> targeting President Biden and Secretary of State Antony Blinken accusing them of violating the Taylor Force Act has been amended to add information alleging that the Biden administration was aware that it was supporting Palestinian terrorists with U.S. taxpayer dollars.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">The Taylor Force Act was passed in 2018 after Taylor Force, a West Point graduate who served in the U.S. Army in Iraq and Afghanistan, was murdered on March 8, 2016, in Jaffa, Israel, by a Palestinian terrorist. The official Facebook page of Fatah, the Palestinian Authority\u2019s ruling party, called the terrorist who wounded ten other people, a \u201cheroic martyr.\u201d<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"500\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\"><a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/POTUS?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">@POTUS<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/JoeBiden?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">@JoeBiden<\/a>, as you meet <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/Palestinian?src=hash&#038;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">#Palestinian<\/a> leadership, remember Taylor Force:<\/p>\n<p>West Point graduate. It also barred the executive branch from using taxpayer funds to benefit the PA unless the PA renounces its \u201cpay-to-slay\u201d program and ends acts of violence against Israeli citizens.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">The original complaint from America First Legal was <a href=\"https:\/\/aflegal.org\/afl-sues-president-biden-and-secretary-of-state-blinken-to-enforce-the-taylor-force-act-and-to-stop-u-s-funding-of-palestinian-terrorism\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">filed<\/a> on December 20, 2022. Among the plaintiffs are Dr. Ronny Jackson, the former Physician to the President for both President Obama and President Trump who now serves as a House Representative for Texas\u2019 13th district, and Taylor Force\u2019s parents, Stuart and Robbie.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">The defendants tried to have the case dismissed, but that was rejected on February 2, 2024.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cThe <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/killing-babies-isnt-stabilizing-treatment-but-the-lying-biden-administration-already-knows-that\/\" title=\"Killing Babies Isn\u2019t \u2018Stabilizing Treatment,\u2019 But The Lying Biden Administration Already Knows That\">amended complaint alleges<\/a> that the Biden Administration illegally reversed the Trump Administration\u2019s ban on Palestinian funding, spending approximately $500 million U.S. tax dollars for \u2018Economic Support Funds\u2019 in Gaza and in Judea and Samaria (the \u2018West Bank\u2019), and another $1 billion for the United Nations Relief Works Agency (UNRWA) to directly benefit the Palestinian Authority (PA),\u201d America First states. \u201cIt further alleges that the Biden Administration knowingly subsidized the PA\u2019s \u2018pay-to-slay\u2019 bounty system, the expansion of Hamas\u2019s military capabilities in Gaza, and UNRWA\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/trump-announces-new-legal-team-for-impeachment-defense-after-previous-team-collapsed\/\" title=\"Trump Announces New Legal Team For Impeachment Defense After Previous Team Collapsed\">material support<\/a> for Palestinian terrorism.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cThe Defendants have had actual knowledge that American taxpayer-funded assistance to Gaza and the West Bank, including Economic Support Fund awards and United Nations Relief Works Agency contributions, including assistance funneled through nongovernmental organizations, was being diverted to or used for the benefit of Hamas and other terrorists,\u201d America First alleged. \u201cResponding to the Biden Administration\u2019s October 18, 2023, announcement of $100 million in American taxpayer aid for Palestinians in Gaza and the West Bank, the USAID Office of Inspector General, Office of Investigations, issued a situational alert stating that \u2018The USAID Office of Inspector General (USAID OIG) has identified this area as high-risk for potential.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n<p><b><a href=\"https:\/\/onelink.to\/dwapp\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" aria-describedby=\"sk-tooltip-9096\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=https:\/\/onelink.to\/dwapp&#038;source=gmail&#038;ust=1700760801843000&#038;usg=AOvVaw2PQrVSrJfhxNb4LcARqniG\">CLICK HERE TO GET THE DAILYWIRE+ APP<\/a><\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cThe Biden Administration worked closely with the United Nations to increase the flow of funds and \u2018reconstruction\u2019 goods into Hamas-ruled Gaza,\u201d the lawsuit noted. \u201cHowever, the Biden administration knew that these so-called \u2018reconstruction\u2019 goods were routinely diverted to build Hamas\u2019s tunnels and rockets.
