The Badger State knows as well as any what millions of dollars of leftist-led activist cash in the administration of elections can do to election integrity and voter confidence. <\/p>\n<div class=\"fdrlst__b89e9-paragraph-2-long d-flex justify-content-center\" style=\"margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; text-align: center; \" id=\"fdrlst__b89e9-676339982\">\n<div id=\"div-gpt-ad-1379703300879-0\" class=\"mb-30\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"fdrlst__b89e9-7f2d38f441df3e8a9a95a468cc9b5890 fdrlst__b89e9-paragraph-2\" id=\"fdrlst__b89e9-7f2d38f441df3e8a9a95a468cc9b5890\"><\/div>\n<p>Zuckbucks \u2014 the nickname for the $400 million-plus that Zuckerberg and his wife, Priscilla Chan, dumped into the 2020 elections \u2014 predominately flowed to Democrat-centric cities in battleground states such as Wisconsin. Contracts devised by the Chicago-based <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2024\/04\/05\/madison-spent-zuckbucks-2-0-funds-right-before-wisconsinites-outlawed-them\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Center for Tech and Civic Life,<\/a> which has deep ties to the Democrat Party, and signed by city mayors required that <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/judge-rules-against-kari-lake-in-election-lawsuit\/\" title=\"Judge Rules Against Kari Lake In Election Lawsuit\">election officials work<\/a> with Democrat activists under the auspices of making voting \u201csafe\u201d during Covid. <\/p>\n<p>Emails show activists, including a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.influencewatch.org\/person\/michael-spitzer-rubenstein\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">longtime Democrat operative,<\/a> embedded in local election offices, offering to \u201ccorrect\u201d ballots and engaging in other suspicious conduct. <\/p>\n<p>But as bad as Zuckbucks are, election integrity watchdogs say such private funds in elections pale in comparison to what President Joe Biden has wrought through the power of his pen. As wealthy as Zuckerberg is, his grant initiative was chump change compared to the resources of a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/pbs-branded-enemy-of-the-people-after-network-slaps-warning-label-on-trump-live-event\/\" title=\"PBS labeled as 'enemy' for warning label on Trump live event.\">politically weaponized federal government<\/a>. <\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cabal at the Core<\/h2>\n<p>On Aug. 9, 2021, just five months after Biden signed the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.whitehouse.gov\/briefing-room\/presidential-actions\/2021\/03\/07\/executive-order-on-promoting-access-to-voting\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">executive order<\/a> that would command the federal government to serve as a get-out-the-vote arm of the Democrat Party, Adam Lioz emailed \u201cTeam USDA.\u201d Lioz, who at the time served as senior counsel for left-wing policy activist group <a href=\"https:\/\/www.influencewatch.org\/non-profit\/demos\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Demos,<\/a> wanted to circle back with Department of Agriculture staff and thank them for \u201ca productive conversation,\u201d according to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailysignal.com\/2024\/02\/20\/usda-colludes-with-left-wing-group-to-turn-out-voters-under-biden-order-documents-reveal\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">records obtained<\/a> by the Heritage Foundation\u2019s Oversight Project.<\/p>\n<div class=\"fdrlst__b89e9-cce89555b939d406ca9771479d840534 fdrlst__b89e9-paragraph-6\" id=\"fdrlst__b89e9-cce89555b939d406ca9771479d840534\"><\/div>\n<p>\u201cAs we noted, we\u2019ll have our \u2018best practices\u2019 slides ready in the next 1-2 weeks and in the meantime, y\u2019all had asked for data on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailysignal.com\/tag\/voter-registration\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">voter registration<\/a> at the state level, which I\u2019ve pasted below,\u201d Lioz, who these days serves as <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/top-biden-official-promoting-policy-agenda-of-former-employer-ethics-watchdog-says\/\" title=\"Top Biden Official Promoting Policy Agenda of Former Employer, Ethics Watchdog Says\">senior policy counsel<\/a> for the NAACP Legal Defense Fund, wrote in the email with the subject line, \u201cDemos Meeting on Voting Rights EO.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019re eager to schedule follow up conversations to dig into specific programs and help with integration in any way we can. Just let us know when you are available for that,\u201d he added. <\/p>\n<p>Not surprisingly, Biden\u2019s USDA did just that. New York-based Demos reportedly <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailysignal.com\/2022\/02\/10\/biden-bureaucracy-secretly-plans-to-turn-out-voters-after-failure-of-election-takeover-bills\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">helped draft Biden\u2019s Executive Order 14019<\/a>, which directs each federal agency head to develop a plan to \u201cpromote voter registration and voter participation.\u201d As the Foundation for Government Accountability <a href=\"https:\/\/thefga.org\/press\/executive-order-14019-voter-registration\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">notes<\/a>, Biden\u2019s fiat \u201cfollows the same strategy\u201d contained in a Demos policy paper.<\/p>\n<p>If you\u2019re filling your leftist bingo card, Demos is closely tied to the far-left Sen. Elizabeth Warren, D-Mass., wing of the Democrat Party, according to activist tracker <a href=\"https:\/\/www.influencewatch.org\/non-profit\/demos\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">InfluenceWatch<\/a>.<\/p>\n<div class=\"fdrlst__b89e9-d5f815560632654e2e92cfb7fe8a6566 fdrlst__b89e9-paragraph-10\" id=\"fdrlst__b89e9-d5f815560632654e2e92cfb7fe8a6566\"><\/div>\n<p>\u201cThe organization emphasizes three areas of commitment: voting rights expansion, a hybrid environmentalist-left agenda it calls \u2018pathways to ensure a diverse, expanded middle class in a new, sustainable economy,\u2019 and advocacy for communitarianism and a liberal interpretation of racial equality,\u201d InfluenceWatch <a href=\"https:\/\/www.influencewatch.org\/non-profit\/demos\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">reports<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Biden tapped former Demos executive K. Sabeel Rahman to serve as Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs senior counselor and Chiraag Bains, the group\u2019s former director of legal strategies, as the president\u2019s deputy director of the Domestic Policy Council for Racial Justice and Equity at the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.influencewatch.org\/government-agency\/white-house-office\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">White House<\/a>. They were responsible for reviewing the actions taken to fulfill Bidenbucks, <a href=\"https:\/\/thefga.org\/press\/executive-order-14019-voter-registration\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">according to<\/a> the Foundation for Government Accountability. The GOTV effort is being carried out by<a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2022\/07\/27\/bidens-illegal-election-hail-mary-might-still-be-intercepted\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> Susan Rice,<\/a> Biden\u2019s domestic policy adviser who served as President Barack Obama\u2019s national security adviser and ambassador to the United Nations. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis is a coordinated effort from left-leaning third parties and the Biden administration to use executive power and taxpayer resources for the purpose of federalizing elections and taking power away from the states,\u201d <a href=\"https:\/\/thefga.org\/press\/executive-order-14019-voter-registration\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">said<\/a> Chase Martin, legal affairs director at FGA. <\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u2018Leftist Voter-Turnout Operation\u2019<\/h2>\n<p>There are definitely some similarities between Zuckbucks and Bidenbucks. Much like private corporate funds in elections and their contract demands of involving activist groups, Biden\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.whitehouse.gov\/briefing-room\/presidential-actions\/2021\/03\/07\/executive-order-on-promoting-access-to-voting\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">order<\/a> mandates federal agencies work with the White House\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.whitehouse.gov\/briefing-room\/presidential-actions\/2021\/03\/07\/executive-order-on-promoting-access-to-voting\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u201capproved, nonpartisan third-party organizations.\u201d<\/a> These are NINOs, nonpartisan in name only. <\/p>\n<p>Despite repeated requests for information on the implementation of the executive order, including the criteria for the third-party groups, the Biden administration has either slow-walked or altogether stonewalled the release of documents. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cFederal executive agencies, which have no business engaging in voter registration or mobilization efforts, as the EO directs, will surely exceed the scope of their authority under federal law,\u201d House Republicans <a href=\"https:\/\/norman.house.gov\/uploadedfiles\/letter-to-ag-garland-re-eo-14019-final.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">wrote<\/a> in a letter to Attorney General Merrick Garland. \u201cMoreover, in carrying out this EO, employees of these agencies will likely violate other laws such as the Hatch Act, designed to keep federal agencies, led by political appointees, from engaging in political activities to benefit one political party over another.\u201d <\/p>\n<p>The October 2022 letter goes on to note that any expenditure by the DOJ for this \u201ccould violate the Antideficiency Act, which prohibited executive agencies from spending funds Congress has not authorized or accepting volunteer services from \u2018approved\u2019 third-party organizations as EO 14019 directs.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s clear the administration doesn\u2019t care about any such constitutional entanglements, as Biden\u2019s lawless record over the past three years suggests. A faculty member at each school is tapped to serve as \u201cVoter Champion\u201d to assist those 18 or approaching 18 who don\u2019t have a photo ID. On the taxpayer\u2019s dime, the school employee connects the student with a representative from the leftist VoteRiders.\u00a0MPS and the Biden administration have refused to turn over records to The Federalist and the Foundation for Government Accountability. <\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, the Democrat-led Michigan Department of State recently signed a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sba.gov\/article\/2024\/03\/19\/sba-administrator-guzman-announces-agencys-first-ever-voter-registration-agreement-michigan\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Memorandum of Understanding (MOU)<\/a> with the U.S. Small Business Administration \u201cto promote civic engagement and voter registration in Michigan.\u201d The first-of-its-kind <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2024\/03\/29\/bidenbucks-tentacles-expand-as-judge-shuts-down-lawsuit\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">collaboration<\/a> is expected to run through Jan. 1, 2036.<\/p>\n<p>And the Department of Education recently announced a <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2024\/02\/29\/feds-will-pay-students-your-tax-dollars-to-help-reelect-biden-in-latest-bidenbucks-scheme\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u201cclarification\u201d<\/a> to its rules allowing the taxpayer-funded work-study program to be used to hire college students to register their peers to vote \u2014 one of the more reliable Democrat voting blocs. My Federalist colleague Shawn Fleetwood has <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2024\/02\/29\/9-ways-the-feds-are-using-bidenbucks-to-rig-the-2024-election\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">reported <\/a>on several other ways the federal government is using Bidenbucks \u201cto rig the 2024 election.\u201d <\/p>\n<p>In her book <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.com\/Rigged-Media-Democrats-Seized-Elections\/dp\/168451259X\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Rigged: How the Media, Big Tech, and the Democrats Seized Our Elections<\/a><\/em>, Federalist Editor-in-Chief Mollie Hemingway wrote about how a cabal of Democrat activists and business titans used Covid \u201cas a pretext to maximize absentee and early voting.\u201d <\/p>\n<p>\u201cHere, one billionaire in particular took a leading role: Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg,\u201d Hemingway<a href=\"https:\/\/imprimis.hillsdale.edu\/zuckerbucks-2020-election\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> wrote.<\/a> <\/p>\n<p>The left doesn\u2019t have Covid to lean on this time around.
