The area had been hit by <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/apnews.com\/article\/severe-weather-flooding-rescue-92b192a7a9c9c059fc72d37cbfc4da0c\">flooding after heavy rains<\/a> Thursday.<\/p>\n<p>There were no reports of any injuries after the 26 barges broke free, including 23 loaded with dried cargo including coal.
