Simpson<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u2019s death at 76 following a battle with prostate cancer, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hollywoodreporter.com\/tv\/tv-news\/nicole-brown-simpson-doc-lifetime-1235872318\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">according<\/a> to The <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Hollywood Reporter<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">. The former NFL star and Brown Simpson were married for seven years and share two kids. In 1994, she was found murdered at the Brentwood home she shared with Simpson.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Simpson was famously acquitted in 1995 of the double murder of his ex-wife Brown and Goldman following a murder trial that captured the attention of the nation and created a media frenzy.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The docuseries has reportedly been in the works for more than a year with the plan to release it in June, marking the 30th anniversary of her and Goldman\u2019s murder on June 12, 1994, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/people.com\/nicole-brown-simpson-the-subject-of-new-lifetime-documentary-8630449\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">People magazine<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">  noted.
