Speaking\u200c on\u2063 Fox News&#8217;s &#8220;Hannity,&#8221; Jordan criticized the DOJ&#8217;s\u200c refusal to provide subpoenaed interviews \u2062regarding Biden&#8217;s management of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/breaking-73976-ballots-released-by-maricopa-county-56-1-for-donald-trump\/\" title=\"BREAKING: 73,976 Ballots Released By Maricopa County \u2014 56.1% FOR DONALD TRUMP\">classified information<\/a>. This discussion was prompted by\u200c then-special counsel Robert Hur&#8217;s report on\u2062 Biden&#8217;s possession of such documents, highlighting the need for transparency in this matter.  <\/p>\n<p class=\"readmore\">\n    <button onclick=\"showReadMore()\" id=\"readmorebtn\">Read more&#8230;<\/button>\n<\/p>\n<hr id=\"line\">\n<span id=\"more\"><\/p>\n<div data-td-block-uid=\"tdi_78\">\n<p>Rep. <a href=\"http:\/\/washingtonexaminer.com\/tag\/jim-jordan\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title>Jim Jordan<\/a> (R-OH) said it is \u201cincumbent upon\u201d the <a href=\"http:\/\/washingtonexaminer.com\/tag\/doj\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title>Department of Justice<\/a> to inform people of President <a href=\"http:\/\/washingtonexaminer.com\/tag\/joe-biden\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title>Joe Biden\u2019s<\/a> management of classified documents.<\/p>\n<p>Jordan appeared on Fox News\u2019s <a href=\"http:\/\/foxnews.com\/shows\/hannity\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title><em>Hannity<\/em><\/a>  on Wednesday to respond to the DOJ\u2019s refusal to turn over subpoenaed interviews with the president. The interviews were conducted amid then-special counsel <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/news\/white-house\/2845770\/hur-report-biden-as-elderly-man-poor-memory\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Robert Hur\u2019s\u00a0report<\/a> on the classified documents Biden had in his possession. Hur\u2019s office interviewed Biden last year but found he did not have a \u201cmental state of willfulness\u201d and, therefore, his handling of classified documents was not worth indicting him over because \u201cit would be difficult to convince a jury that they should convict him.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe think it\u2019s incumbent upon the Justice Department to give us all of that evidence,\u201d said Jordan, the House Judiciary Committee <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/update-corrupted-software-that-stole-6000-votes-from-trump-in-michigan-county-shut-down-for-two-hours-in-red-counties-in-georgia-on-election-day\/\" title=\"Update: Corrupted Software that Stole 6,000 Votes From Trump in Michigan County -- Shut Down for TWO HOURS in Red Counties in Georgia on Election Day\">chairman<\/a>. \u201cWe would like to hear the audiotapes, and frankly, I think the American people would like to know, six months before the most important election we have, who\u2019s going to be our next commander in chief.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Jordan pointed out to host Sean Hannity this <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/joe-biden-knows-he-messed-up-on-fracking-at-debate-and-is-now-doing-damage-control-the-daily-wire\/\" title=\"Joe Biden Knows He Messed Up On Fracking At Debate And Is Now Doing Damage Control | The Daily Wire\">wasn\u2019<\/a>t the first instance that a Democratic politician got away with mismanagement of classified information.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBut what\u2019s interesting here, Sean, is in the last three presidential elections, there\u2019s only been three candidates: Hillary Clinton, President Trump, and President Biden. All three had concerns. Concerns were raised about how they dealt with classified information. But only one is being charged,\u201d Jordan said. \u201cJoe Biden wasn\u2019t charged. Hillary Clinton wasn\u2019t charged, even though she destroyed 30,000 emails and was <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/john-stossel-governments-dirty-secret\/\" title=\"John Stossel: Government's Dirty Secret\">sending classified information<\/a> over an unsecured server \u2014 she\u2019s not charged. But somehow, the one guy who was actually president at the time, he gets charged. That\u2019s what so many Americans find wrong. Because it is wrong.
