You don\u2019t generally fight to make stuff worse.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAnd to me, if you\u2019re okay rolling that back, when things were not even a state, when we had no say \u2026 so, how\u2019s that gonna roll?\u201d she continued, arguing that birth control was going to be the next thing that was outlawed.<\/p>\n<p>Cohost Sunny Hostin weighed in next, blaming Justice Samuel Alito for writing the majority opinion that ultimately overturned the 1973 abortion case <em>Roe v. Wade<\/em>, claiming that because he cited laws that had been on the books since 1868, his decision must be suspect.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHe wrote a roadmap for the states so that they could look in their books and go back to the 1860s, even before Arizona was founded \u2014 in 1912 \u2014 and gave them the game book,\u201d Hostin said.<\/p>\n<p>Joy Behar then asserted that Alito \u2014 who was nominated by former President George W.
