Witnesses reportedly described seeing Wallen \u201cpick up the chair, throw it over him, laughing afterward.\u201d In an appearance on \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/episode\/ep-1464-the-eclipse-proves-climate-change-2\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">The Michael Knowles Show<\/a>\u201d on Tuesday, Judge Walsh quipped that all of the evidence in the case \u201cadds up to a death sentence on multiple charges.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEveryone knows Broadway is for, like, white girls from New Jersey, not for actual residents of Nashville. So what are you doing on Broadway?\u201d Judge Walsh asked. \u201cWhat are you doing at a rooftop bar as a 30-year-old man? So I would I would execute him. I would execute Morgan Wallen. We have cases that have to deal with a woman who got her finger bit by a dog. And she actually had a cut in a laceration on her finger because a dog bit it.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe have a case that has to do with a man who didn\u2019t want to cut the grass because he has an allergy to the grass,\u201d the judge continued. \u201cAnd there was a very intense dispute between him and his roommate about who would cut the grass because one doesn\u2019t want to and the other has an allergy. So these are the sorts of cases that we deal with and know the cases that, you know, so-called real courts wouldn\u2019t take.
