Expressing \u2064discontent with America&#8217;s current \u2064state,\u2062 Johnson emphasized his optimism for improvement. Noting his previous endorsement as a decision made from influence, he affirmed his choice not to endorse \u200dBiden again. His comments come amidst discussions about political affiliations in Hollywood.  <\/p>\n<p class=\"readmore\">\n    <button onclick=\"showReadMore()\" id=\"readmorebtn\">Read more&#8230;<\/button>\n<\/p>\n<hr id=\"line\">\n<span id=\"more\"><\/p>\n<p>After endorsing President Joe Biden\u2019s run against former President Donald Trump in 2020, actor and WWE star <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/topic\/dwayne-johnson\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Dwayne Johnson<\/a> said he will not throw public support behind the president in the 2024 election.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe Rock\u201d told \u201cFox &#038; Friends\u201d Friday morning that while he thought endorsing Biden in 2020 was \u201cthe best decision for me at that time,\u201d he\u2019s now unhappy with the current state of the U.S.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAm I happy with the state of America right now? Well, that answer is no,\u201d Johnson said. \u201cDo I believe we\u2019re going to get better? I believe in that. I\u2019m an optimistic guy.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe endorsement that I made years ago with Biden was one that I thought was the best decision for me at that time,\u201d he added. \u201cAnd I thought back then \u2026 \u2018Hey, I\u2019m in this position where I have some influence,\u2019 \u2026 and I felt like that then that it\u2019s my job to exercise my influence and share with [people] this is who I\u2019m going to endorse. Am I going to do that again this year? I have friends who support [former President Donald] Trump,\u201d Johnson told podcast host Joe Rogan. \u201cI have friends who support [President Joe] Biden.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Rogan then interrupted and asked Johnson to clarify if he \u201creally\u201d has \u201cfriends who support Biden,\u201d and Johnson replied, \u201cNo.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOh no, no, no, no, no \u2026 That\u2019s a good check because that\u2019s important. You\u2019ve had such an incredible career.
