DEI, according to him, may even worsen workplace dynamics due \u2063to a \u2064potential backlash effect. Just because racists hate it doesn\u2019t mean it\u2019s good. And you know I\u2019m right because everyone one of you has sat through one of those diversity training sessions and thought, this is some bull****.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cAnd it\u2019s not just you,\u201d he added. \u201cOver 900 studies have shown that DEI programs don\u2019t make the workplace better for minorities.
