Doescher stated she believes the economy provides an advantage to Trump, as voters experienced lower unemployment and interest rates under Trump\u2019s leadership.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cUnder Joe Biden, prices have increased about 18% on average, and even though Biden has claimed that inflation is slowing, look, in just the last month alone, CPI inflation, wholesale inflation, which is the leading indicator, both have increased,\u201d Doescher explained on Fox News\u2019s <em>Your World with Neil Cavuto<\/em>. \u201cPCE inflation, which is what the Federal Reserve cares about, and that\u2019s why you have these bond markets collapsing because investors understand that as Steve said, the dragon is not tamed.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Doescher also claimed that both Biden and Congressional Democrats have understood that many voters are unsatisfied with the current U.S. economy, noting how they have stopped using the term \u201cBidenomics\u201d to showcase the president\u2019s handling of the economy. <\/p>\n<p>The economy is one of several issues that Trump is leading Biden on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wsj.com\/politics\/elections\/trump-biden-poll-swing-states-ad594acb\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title>based on recent polling<\/a>, with Trump getting 54% compared to Biden\u2019s 34% when recipients were asked who would handle it the best. The 2024 election will be the first presidential election since <em>Roe v. Wade<\/em> was overturned, meaning abortion access could provide Biden an advantage against Trump.<\/p>\n<p>The recent polling from the <em>Wall Street Journal <\/em>also saw Trump leading Biden in six swing states and tying in Wisconsin.
