But if ever an election was worth scrutinizing, it would be the one that saw hundreds of millions of private dollars, last-minute decisions by bureaucrats to ignore state election laws, a propagandist media, and yes, election-meddling censorship from Big Tech help to rig the results. <\/p>\n<p>Weaponizing federal agencies to censor dissidents and opponents, as the Biden administration is doing, chips away at the foundations of this constitutional republic. <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/founders.archives.gov\/documents\/Madison\/01-14-02-0145#:~:text=Public%20opinion%20sets%20bounds%20to,be%20influenced%20by%20the%20government.\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">James Madison<\/a> once said \u201cpublic opinion sets bounds to every government.\u201d But under the Biden administration, the government sets bound to public opinion through censorship. <\/p>\n<div class=\"fdrlst__b89e9-a5165fa0d6566edc05d744a940ef83be fdrlst__b89e9-paragraph-10\" id=\"fdrlst__b89e9-a5165fa0d6566edc05d744a940ef83be\"><\/div>\n<p>Judge <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2023\/07\/05\/judge-bars-biden-administration-from-colluding-with-big-tech-to-censor-free-speech\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Terry Doughty<\/a> of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Louisiana <a href=\"https:\/\/storage.courtlistener.com\/recap\/gov.uscourts.lawd.189520\/gov.uscourts.lawd.189520.293.0_1.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">issued<\/a> an <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2023\/07\/07\/in-missouri-v-biden-judge-checks-government-power-because-corporate-media-wont\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">injunction<\/a> last summer lambasting federal agencies for their alleged attempt to \u201cblatantly ignored the First Amendment\u2019s right to free speech\u201d in what he said \u201carguably involves the most massive attack against free speech in United States\u2019 history.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>This was <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2023\/07\/07\/12-times-the-biden-white-house-colluded-with-big-tech-to-throttle-free-speech-according-to-missouri-v-biden\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">evidenced<\/a>, in part, by the White House\u2019s Jan. 23, 2021 request to Twitter to remove a tweet from Kennedy that criticized Covid-19 vaccines.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHey folks \u2013 Wanted to flag the below tweet and am wondering if we can get moving on the process of having it removed ASAP,\u201d a Biden official wrote, according to the injunction. <\/p>\n<p>Two weeks later, Twitter provided the White House with a \u201cPartner Support Portal\u201d that, according to the injunction, \u201cexpedited review of flagging content for censorship.\u201d The portal was a result of the White House sending an exorbitant number of censorship requests to Twitter. <\/p>\n<p>Coincidentally, the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) began <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2023\/07\/18\/trade-commissions-retaliation-against-twitter-is-more-proof-the-biden-admin-is-violating-the-first-amendment\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">targeting Twitter<\/a> just months after Elon Musk purchased it and pledged to roll back the company\u2019s censorship of free speech. <\/p>\n<p>Twitter and the FTC operated under a consent order established in 2011 after Twitter was accused of violating the Federal Trade Commission Act. After Musk \u2014 whose release of the \u201cTwitter Files\u201d showed widespread government collusion with Big Tech to censor Americans \u2014 took over, the <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2023\/07\/17\/bidens-ftc-punished-twitter-for-seceding-from-the-censorship-complex\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">FTC began<\/a> \u201ctracking recent developments at Twitter with deep concern\u201d and giving itself \u201cnew tools to ensure compliance.\u201d <\/p>\n<p>The agency\u2019s demand for information from the platform about new initiatives like Twitter Blue and workforce reductions coincided with <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2022\/04\/14\/the-left-is-freaking-out-over-elon-musk-because-twitter-rigs-the-game-for-democrats\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Democrats\u2019<\/a> meltdown over <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2022\/04\/19\/corporate-media-is-hating-on-musks-twitter-bid-because-they-hate-free-thought\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">losing control<\/a> over speech. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe timing, scope, and frequency of the FTC\u2019s demands to Twitter suggest a partisan motivation to its action,\u201d a <a href=\"https:\/\/judiciary.house.gov\/sites\/evo-subsites\/republicans-judiciary.house.gov\/files\/evo-media-document\/Weaponization_Select_Subcommittee_Report_on_FTC_Harrassment_of_Twitter_3.7.2023.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">March 2023 report<\/a> from the House Committee on the Judiciary and the Select Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government found. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n<div class=\"fdrlst__b89e9-0e5be5be786846084c43e13db45c1e95 fdrlst__b89e9-after-post-content\" id=\"fdrlst__b89e9-0e5be5be786846084c43e13db45c1e95\"><\/div>\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\">    \t\t\t\t\t   \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n<p><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Independent presidential hopeful Robert F.
