It is expected to run through Jan. 1, 2036.\u00a0That is, if legal challenges can\u2019t stop the apparently unconstitutional \u201cunderstanding.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n<div class=\"fdrlst__b89e9-paragraph-2-long d-flex justify-content-center\" style=\"margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; text-align: center; \" id=\"fdrlst__b89e9-1965732717\">\n<div id=\"div-gpt-ad-1379703300879-0\" class=\"mb-30\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"fdrlst__b89e9-d83c29f00add495a269272bf5078c8fe fdrlst__b89e9-paragraph-2\" id=\"fdrlst__b89e9-d83c29f00add495a269272bf5078c8fe\"><\/div>\n<p>\u201cSmall businesses are the lifeblood of our economy. Cheri Hardmon, Benson\u2019s senior press secretary, referred The Federalist\u2019s questions to the SBA. SBA officials did not return requests for comment.\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Biden\u2019s 14019 \u2018Sounds Harmless\u2019<\/h2>\n<p>Michigan\u2019s partnership with the SBA is part of Biden\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.whitehouse.gov\/briefing-room\/presidential-actions\/2021\/03\/07\/executive-order-on-promoting-access-to-voting\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Executive Order 14019.<\/a> Election integrity advocates have dubbed the order \u201cBidenbucks\u201d \u2014 a nod to \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2024\/03\/13\/wisconsins-left-led-supreme-court-could-bring-back-illegal-widespread-ballot-drop-boxes\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Zuckerbucks<\/a>\u201d rolled out in the 2020 election. Signed within months of the Democrat\u2019s narrow victories in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/conservatives-fed-up-with-democrats-get-out-the-vote-machine-build-their-own-in-battleground-states\/\" title=\"Conservatives create their own voter mobilization system in key states, tired of Democrats' efforts\">election-deciding battleground states<\/a> like Michigan, the executive order is benignly painted as \u201cpromoting access to voting.\u201d It\u2019s ultimately designed to employ government to recruit voters for one political party.<\/p>\n<p>As Tarren Bragdon, president of the Foundation for Government Accountability, wrote in a <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2022\/07\/27\/bidens-illegal-election-hail-mary-might-still-be-intercepted\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">2022 column<\/a> in The Federalist, the order \u201cdirects all federal agencies to do what they can to increase voter registration and turnout, including by working with a select group of third-party organizations \u2018approved\u2019 by the White House.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSounds harmless on its face, until you consider the fact that it is being carried out by political appointees whose <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/bidens-illegal-election-hail-mary-might-still-be-intercepted\/\" title=\"Biden\u2019s Illegal Election Hail Mary Might Still Be Intercepted\">job security literally depends<\/a> on Democrats being reelected in 2022 and 2024, and that the person charged with collecting the plans and leading this effort is President Joe Biden\u2019s domestic policy advisor, Susan Rice,\u201d Bragdon <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2022\/07\/27\/bidens-illegal-election-hail-mary-might-still-be-intercepted\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">wrote.<\/a><\/p>\n<div class=\"fdrlst__b89e9-db767b02a749b7dd3a8680e67e39c9bf fdrlst__b89e9-paragraph-10\" id=\"fdrlst__b89e9-db767b02a749b7dd3a8680e67e39c9bf\"><\/div>\n<p><strong>[READ: <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2024\/02\/22\/bidenbucks-stink-emanates-from-leftist-groups-voter-drive-in-milwaukee-schools\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u2018Bidenbucks\u2019 Stink Emanates From Leftist Group\u2019s Voter Drive In Milwaukee Schools<\/a>]<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Judge Dismisses Bidenbucks Lawsuit<\/h2>\n<p>Earlier this year, Republicans in the Pennsylvania legislature sued Biden and Keystone State Gov. Josh Shapiro, a Democrat, charging the election order is an overreach of executive power and a usurping of the <a href=\"https:\/\/constitution.congress.gov\/browse\/article-1\/section-4\/#:~:text=The%20Times%2C%20Places%20and%20Manner,the%20Places%20of%20chusing%20Senators.\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">constitutional authority<\/a> of state legislatures to prescribe the \u201cTimes, Places and Manner of holding Elections\u2026\u201d \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201c[A]ll agency action in conformity with [EO] 14019 is without congressional delegation or funding, and conducted merely by executive fiat,\u201d the lawsuit <a href=\"https:\/\/www.democracydocket.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/M.D.-Pa.-24-cv-00147-dckt-000048_000-filed-2024-03-26.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">asserts.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe citizens of Pennsylvania have been victimized by extraordinary overreach of executive officials who have made changes to election laws with no authority to do so,\u201d Pennsylvania state Rep. Dawn Keefer, R-York County, said in a <a href=\"https:\/\/pennsylvaniafreedomcaucus.substack.com\/p\/pa-freedom-caucus-leads-charge-against\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">statement<\/a> in late January announcing the lawsuit. \u201cIf we don\u2019t take action to stop this, there is no limit to the changes they might make to further erode Pennsylvania\u2019s election system in 2024 and beyond.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>This week, a federal judge <a href=\"https:\/\/www.democracydocket.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/M.D.-Pa.-24-cv-00147-dckt-000048_000-filed-2024-03-26.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">dismissed<\/a> the lawsuit brought by 26 lawmakers, per the request of the state and the Biden administration. Middle\u00a0Pennsylvania District Court <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pamd.uscourts.gov\/content\/judge-jennifer-p-wilson\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Judge Jennifer P. Wilson<\/a>, a Trump appointee, granted the motions to dismiss \u201cbecause this court does not have subject matter jurisdiction due to Plaintiffs\u2019 lack of standing to raise the claims at issue.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Wilson cited rulings from the U.S. Supreme Court and the U.S. 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals that found \u201cindividual legislators did not have standing to bring a challenge to an action that allegedly injured the legislature as a whole.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201c\u2026Plaintiffs have alleged only an institutional injury resulting from \u2018a general loss of legislative power,&#8217;\u201d the judge wrote in her <a href=\"https:\/\/www.democracydocket.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/M.D.-Pa.-24-cv-00147-dckt-000048_000-filed-2024-03-26.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">decision.<\/a> \u201cA vague, generalized allegation that elections, generally, will be undermined, is not the type of case or controversy that this court may rule on under Article III.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>But there\u2019s nothing vague or generalized about the effects of Biden\u2019s voter registration executive order that serves as a federal government-funded GOTV campaign for Democrats.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>As the lawsuit notes, the executive fiat requires all federal agencies to \u201cidentify and partner with specified partisan third party organizations,\u201d \u201cdistribute voter registration and vote-by<a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/biden-puts-susan-rice-in-charge-of-effort-to-expand-vote-by-mail\/\" title=\"Biden Puts Susan Rice in Charge of Effort to Expand Vote by Mail\">-mail ballot application forms<\/a>,\u201d \u201cassist applicants in completing voter registration and vote-by-mail ballot application forms,\u201d and \u201csolicit third-party organizations.\u201d It also \u201cdirects state officials to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/left-wing-group-writes-playbook-for-bidens-federal-takeover-of-elections\/\" title=\"Left-Wing Group Writes Playbook For Biden\u2019s Federal Takeover Of Elections\">provide voter registration services<\/a> on agency premises.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>All of it is being done without congressional approval or appropriation.
