Cuomo Shunned Experts, Embraced Lobbyists, Drove Top Health Officials To Quit Over Pandemic Response: Report\">incidents occurred<\/a> during routine training exercises. \u200bOn Wednesday, an AH-64 Apache from the 4th \u200bCombat Aviation\u200d Brigade, 4th \u200cInfantry \u200cDivision, \u2062crashed\u200d around 6:30\u2064 p.m.  <\/p>\n<p class=\"readmore\">\n    <button onclick=\"showReadMore()\" id=\"readmorebtn\">Read more&#8230;<\/button>\n<\/p>\n<hr id=\"line\">\n<span id=\"more\"><\/p>\n<div data-td-block-uid=\"tdi_78\">\n<p>The <a href=\"http:\/\/washingtonexaminer.com\/tag\/Army\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title>Army<\/a> experienced two Apache <a href=\"http:\/\/washingtonexaminer.com\/tag\/helicopters\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title>helicopter crashes<\/a> within the span of 48 hours, the service said, after a second crash sent <a href=\"http:\/\/washingtonexaminer.com\/tag\/military\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title>two soldiers<\/a> to the hospital on Wednesday.<\/p>\n<p>The two crashes occurred during routine training exercises and resulted in <a href=\"http:\/\/washingtonexaminer.com\/tag\/injury\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title>four injuries<\/a> but zero <a href=\"http:\/\/washingtonexaminer.com\/tag\/death\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title>deaths.<\/a> The first crash occurred on Monday at an Army base in <a href=\"http:\/\/washingtonexaminer.com\/tag\/washington\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title>Washington<\/a>, and the second occurred in <a href=\"http:\/\/washingtonexaminer.com\/tag\/colorado\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title>Colorado<\/a> on Wednesday.<\/p>\n<p>Wednesday\u2019s incident occurred at approximately 6:30 p.m., when the \u200b\u200bAH-64 Apache from the 4th Combat Aviation Brigade, 4th Infantry Division, crashed during a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/in-its-rage-china-just-offered-a-sneak-peak-of-its-plans-for-striking-taiwan\/\" title=\"In Its Rage, China Just Offered A Sneak Peak Of Its Plans For Striking Taiwan\">routine exercise<\/a>. Two servicemembers were <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/shooter-at-indiana-shopping-mall-killed-by-good-samaritan-with-handgun\/\" title=\"Shooter at Indiana Shopping Mall Killed by Good Samaritan With Handgun\">mildly injured<\/a> and transported to a base hospital that night before being released, <a href=\"https:\/\/thehill.com\/policy\/defense\/4562466-army-suffers-two-apache-helicopter-crashes-within-48-hours\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title>according<\/a> to the <em>Hill<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>A team from the Army Combat Readiness Center at Fort Novosel, <a href=\"http:\/\/washingtonexaminer.com\/tag\/alabama\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title>Alabama<\/a>, will investigate the cause of the crash, and all helicopters on the base have been <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/faa-grounds-boeing-737-max-9-planes-for-mandatory-inspections\/\" title=\"FAA halts Boeing 737 Max 9 planes for required checks\">grounded pending<\/a> the investigation.<\/p>\n<p>The other incident occurred on Monday at about 9:30 p.m. and resulted in two other injuries. The make of the helicopter was the same as Wednesday\u2019s incident, and the cause of that crash is also being investigated.<\/p>\n<p>The crashes come after two other helicopters crashed in February. Both were part of the National Guard. The first crash occurred in Utah on Feb. 12 and resulted in two injuries but no deaths.
