Greg Abbott signed an executive order Wednesday designed to protect Jewish students who attend the state\u2019s hundreds of colleges and universities. Rubio unveils bill to ban SBA &#038; treasury loans for Chinese firms\">politically favored groups<\/a> and have been for decades. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cHow is such a policy different from DEI programs promising to prohibit \u2018anti-black speech\u2019?\u201d asked Christopher Rufo on X. Many university donors began to pull contributions over failures among academic leadership to forcefully condemn anti-Jewish, pro-Hamas demonstrations despite tolerating blatant antisemitism from Black Lives Matter activists for years. Where Was The Outrage Over BLM?<\/a>]<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>After the presidents of Harvard, the University of Pennsylvania, and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2023\/12\/06\/top-college-presidents-refuse-to-testify-that-calls-for-jewish-genocide-violate-their-rules\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">refused to condemn<\/a> calls for Jewish genocide as violations of their <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/umass-amherst-students-suspended-for-maskless-outdoor-photo\/\" title=\"UMass Amherst Students Suspended For Maskless Outdoor Photo\">university conduct codes<\/a>, billionaire philanthropist Bill Ackman demanded resignations.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIf a CEO of one of our companies gave a similar answer, he or she would be toast within the hour. Why has antisemitism exploded on campus and around the world? Because of leaders like Presidents Gay, Magill and Kornbluth who believe genocide depends on the context,\u201d Ackman wrote.<\/p>\n<p>Podcast host Saagar Enjeti wrote back to explain Ackman was wrong. \u201cThe correct objection is that the DEI regime itself is illegitimate and unamerican,\u201d Enjeti wrote. <\/p>\n<figure>\n<p><span><\/p>\n<blockquote data-width=\"500\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<div lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">\n<p>Ackman and those most upset over this core objection is that they are not included as marginalized within the DEI regime<\/p>\n<p>This is wrong.
