He called the ruling \u201ca crucial victory for election integrity and voter confidence.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Mail-in ballots and absentee ballots have existed for years in Pennsylvania and other swing states like <a href=\"https:\/\/news.azpm.org\/p\/newsfeature\/2020\/8\/21\/178857-arizonas-long-history-with-voting-by-mail\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title>Arizona<\/a>.
