The ship can carry up to 10,000 containers and is considered \u201can industry workhorse,\u201d the report added.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe vessel went dead, no steering power and no electronics,\u201d an officer on the ship told the Journal. \u201cOne of the engines coughed and then stopped.
