So if you are going to keep working, keep working like that,\u201d one <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/watch-furious-ca-restaurant-owner-confronts-inspectors-issuing-citation-are-you-gonna-pay-my-rent\/\" title=\"WATCH: Furious CA Restaurant Owner Confronts Inspectors Issuing Citation: \u2018Are You Gonna Pay My Rent?\u2019\">social media user<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/HighbrowHaze\/status\/1772618755987681699\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"said\">said<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Another social media user <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/GhangisT\/status\/1772611655387562276\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"reacted\">reacted<\/a>, \u201cI love how elite rich people that don\u2019t need SS lecture us on the retirement age.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNot everyone\u2019s job involves sitting at a desk,\u201d a person <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/JDandyfield\/status\/1772634660821950754\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"responded\">responded<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Fink\u2019s retirement age comments were about the economics behind Social Security and how the U.S. retirement system is \u201cunder immense strain.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDuring your working years, the government takes a portion of your income. Then after you retire, it sends you a check every month. The idea actually originates from pre-World War I Germany, and these \u2018old-age insurance\u2019 programs gradually became more popular over the 20th century largely because the demographics made sense,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>The executive also said there\u2019s a 50\/50 chance that at least one person in a married couple will be receiving a Social Security check until they are 90 years old.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe Social Security Administration itself says that by 2034, it won\u2019t be able to pay people their full benefits. What\u2019s the solution here?\u201d Fink asked in his letter.<\/p>\n<p>The executive said there\u2019s an irony to the United States pushing for longevity with life-extending drugs and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/bud-light-was-the-real-loser-of-the-super-bowl-and-2023\/\" title=\"Bud Light lost big in the Super Bowl and beyond\">healthier lifestyle choices<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAs a society, we focus a tremendous amount of energy on helping people live longer lives.
