Wade<\/a><\/em> as the law of the land again.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Biden also mocked his own age, mentioning that he is \u201conly 40 years old \u2014 times two plus one,\u201d while imploring Capitol Hill to extend his expanded <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/tag\/obamacare\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title>Affordable Care Act<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/tag\/taxes\/\">tax credits<\/a> and provide <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/tag\/medicare\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title>Medicare<\/a> with the power to negotiate prices for more <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/tag\/drugs\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title>prescription drugs<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Harris opened her remarks with a reference to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/news\/2938357\/baltimore-bridge-collapse-mass-casualty-event-after-ship-crashes-into-key-bridge\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title>Baltimore bridge collapse<\/a> before introducing Biden and thanking <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/tag\/roy-cooper\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title>Gov. Roy Cooper<\/a> (D-NC) and North Carolina Attorney General Josh Stein, who won the state\u2019s Democratic gubernatorial nomination on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/tag\/super-tuesday\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title>Super Tuesday<\/a>, for having them.
