I pondered silently,\u2063 questioning if such \u2062a scenario should ever be considered the norm.<\/p>\n

Abortion alters lives\u2014its impact ripples through individuals \u2063and our nation alike. It’s a transformative event with \u2063untold consequences.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

As elections draw near, the media narrative often paints abortion restrictions \u200bas detrimental to\u200b women’s mental health. Yet, this\u200d view neglects the emotional and psychological trauma<\/a> that abortion can\u200b inflict, as countless women I’ve aided through post-abortion healing \u2062ministries can\u2062 attest.<\/p>\n
Confronting the Unspoken Truth<\/h2>\n
Abortion, frequently framed as a self-determined choice, is often a path taken under duress, with \u2063women coerced by partners or family members, or following abuse.\u2064 This glosses over the subsequent suffering and societal silencing these women endure.<\/p>\n
In \u2063a disturbing trend, home-based \u2062chemical abortions are being\u200c promoted, yet for many, the resulting anguish is inescapable. The protection \u2062afforded to\u200b abortion clinics starkly\u2064 contrasts with \u2064the indifference shown towards the lives terminated inside them. <\/p>\n

Society has become adept at ignoring abortion’s reality. Laws guard clinics zealously while conveniently ignoring the tragedy unfolding behind their walls, \u200breferred to merely as \u201cwomen’s health\u201d.<\/p>\n
A Call To Acknowledge<\/h3>\n
Ultimately, society will have to confront the enormity of the loss\u2014over 63 million young lives in the U.S. Some may choose indifference or \u200beven celebration,\u200d but awareness and complicity can no longer be denied.<\/p>\n
As voters and citizens, we owe it to \u200courselves to face the stark truth of abortion.\u200c At 17, under a veil of\u2062 fear, I succumbed to an abortion, joining \u2063millions with similar stories. My experience has compelled me to never shy away from the\u200c painful truth of abortion, or to silence its reality.<\/p>\n
Courage is needed to speak out against the narrative that\u200b masks\u2064 the act of abortion under the guise of\u200c rights. For the sake of the innocent lives lost<\/a> and the\u200d women bearing silent trauma, I hope to always stand firm in truth.<\/p>\n
