Mellul \u200dallegedly told employees who made mistakes that he\u2062 would &#8220;ruin [their lives]&#8221; and often called junior staffers &#8220;worthless&#8221; and &#8220;pieces of \u200cshit,&#8221; \u200das reported during <a href=\"https:\/\/www.politico.com\/news\/2024\/03\/11\/bidens-advance-team-is-rife-with-turmoil-and-toxicity-staff-allege-00146363\"><span>interviews<\/span><\/a>  \u200d with <i><span>Politico<\/span><\/i>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>&#8220;There\u2019s \u2062a right and a wrong way to treat people in any business,&#8221; said\u2063 a former advance associate, referring to Mellul\u2019s alleged verbal abuse. &#8220;You\u2019re just not putting your best face forward for anybody if you\u2019re just lashing\u2064 out at people, barking commands, \u2062not treating people with respect, not treating\u2063 people with dignity.&#8221;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Brie Moore, \u2063Biden\u2019s former director \u2062of press advance, also recently resigned after multiple journalists and\u2062 correspondents assigned to the White \u200dHouse complained about her repeated\u2064 failure to accommodate the press and communicate travel plans, sources\u2063 familiar with the complaints told \u200c <i><span>Politico<\/span><\/i>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Six current and former Biden staffers blamed the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/you-gotta-wear-heels-staffers-describe-the-cuomo-way-of-working-for-nys-governor\/\" title=\"\u2018You Gotta Wear Heels\u2019: Staffers Describe \u2018The Cuomo Way\u2019 Of Working For NY\u2019s Governor\">toxic work environment<\/a> on Ryan Montoya, the director\u200c of scheduling and advance and\u200b an assistant \u2063to the \u200cpresident.\u2064 &#8220;Ryan Montoya is the\u200d head of the department who I\u200c think everyone would blame for this whole issue.
