When Special Counsel Robert Hur refused<\/a> to charge President Joe Biden with felonies related to the mishandling \u200bof classified documents last month,\u2064 Hur found the commander-in -chief<\/a> too senile to face a jury\u2064 conviction. <\/p>\n

\u201cBiden,\u201d\u200c Hur\u200d said, \u201cwould likely present himself to \u2062the jury, as\u2062 he did during our interview with him, as a sympathetic, well-meaning, \u2063elderly man with \u200ca \u2064poor memory.\u201d<\/p>\n

The president certainly presented himself as old in the final State of the Union address of his first term Thursday night, but certainly \u2063not \u201cwell-meaning.\u201d<\/p>\n

Biden began \u200bthe election-year\u200b speech by depicting Republicans as violent extremists\u200b complicit\u200c in the Capitol riot\u2063 of \u200cthree years ago. Meanwhile, far-left pro-Palestinian demonstrators blocked the streets of \u200dD.C. \u2062and attempted to obstruct the presidential motorcade Thursday night. \u200b <\/p>\n
