For example, there is government data available that shows airports in Boston, Chicago, and New York City seeing huge spikes in arrivals from 2022 to 2023.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>The under-the-radar program\u00a0<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">is part of President Joe Biden\u2019s\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cbsnews.com\/news\/immigration-parole-biden-administration-1-million-migrants\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">dramatic expansion<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> of immigration parole programs. Historically, immigrant parolees are given <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">legal pathways to temporarily reside in the U.S. due to major events, such as war or other humanitarian crises. In other instances, parole is offered to immigrants on a rare case-by-case basis. But under Biden, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cbsnews.com\/news\/immigration-parole-biden-administration-1-million-migrants\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">more than 1 million <\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">migrants have already been granted immigration parole<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00a0directly into the U.S.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Biden has been under fire for his handling of the worsening border crisis. Still, the president has largely stood by his policies and shifted blame to Republicans in Congress.<\/p>\n<p><b><a href=\"https:\/\/onelink.to\/dwapp\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" aria-describedby=\"sk-tooltip-9096\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=https:\/\/onelink.to\/dwapp&#038;source=gmail&#038;ust=1709756727409000&#038;usg=AOvVaw1QSGrLCxSpfC2vPGoz3K3Z\">CLICK HERE TO GET THE DAILYWIRE+ APP<\/a><\/b><\/p>\n<p>On Monday, the administration moved to stop Texas from trying to enforce immigration law via Senate Bill 4. Texas had scored a legal win at an appeals court that paved the way for the state to enact the law as early as next week. However, Biden appealed to the Supreme Court, trying to halt Texas from taking matters into its own hands.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">SB4 would make it a state misdemeanor to cross the Texas-Mexico border illegally. Those who cross illegally can be deported back to their native countries \u2013 <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">which directly defies Biden\u2019s current catch-and-release policy<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> \u2013 or the migrant would face prosecution.
