Since the adoption of \u200dthe school district&#8217;s guidance\u200b for transgender students in October 2020,\u200d she has\u200d been forced to prioritize the demands of transgender-identifying students over her\u2063 own religious and ethical code.<\/p>\n<p>The \u2062lawsuit argues that\u200c the regulation unfairly favors &#8220;gender-expansive&#8221; and &#8220;transgender&#8221; students at the expense of others, placing the burden of accommodation on biological females who wish to use appropriate facilities.
