Biden family whistleblower Tony Bobulinski is facing \u200da defamation lawsuit \u200dfrom Cassidy Hutchinson, the\u200b star witness for \u200cthe Democrats in the Jan. 6 Committee’s show trials.<\/p>\n

Hutchinson’s claims became the subject of a news story on CNN and \u200cwere questioned \u2064during Bobulinski’s\u200d interview with House lawmakers in February.<\/p>\n

In 2022, Hutchinson testified before \u2064the Jan. 6\u200b Committee, claiming that Trump had\u200c attempted \u2062grand theft auto. She expressed disgust \u200cover the Capitol riot \u200cand its \u2064impact \u200don her emotions. However, it \u200dwas later revealed that she continued to work for Trump nine weeks after he left office and even made jokes about the riot in private conversations.<\/p>\n
Text messages published by The Federalist showed Hutchinson trashing \u2062Liz Cheney and joking about being an “insurrectionist.” These\u200c messages contradicted her earlier statements \u200dabout the \u2064riot.<\/p>\n
Cheney, \u200bin\u200c her \u2064memoir, praised Hutchinson as a feminist icon, but Hutchinson \u2063has been caught peddling other\u200c falsehoods in\u200d her book\u2064 “Enough.” She claimed that Meadows gave classified documents to a journalist, which was \u2064proven\u200d to be a lie.<\/p>\n
