What do you think he did in his first 12 \u2063hours? He\u2063 signed an executive order titled \u201cExecutive Order\u200c on \u2063Ensuring a Lawful and Accurate Enumeration\u200d and Apportionment Pursuant\u2063 to \u2063the Decennial Census.\u201d \u200dThat is\u200d government speak for directing the Census Bureau to \u200dcount all illegal aliens when the census is taken.<\/p>\n<p>Every\u2064 10 years, when the census is conducted, the population numbers are used to\u2064 redraw congressional\u200d district lines\u2063 so that they generally have the\u2062 same amount of people \u200din each district across the country. The more people counted, the more congressional seats a state receives. So \u200bif you are a state like California losing population, you lose seats in Congress. If\u200c you gain population, like Texas, you gain congressional seats.\u200d The number of \u200ccongressional seats also directly relates to the number of electors each state can send to \u200dthe \u200dElectoral College.\u2063 More population equals\u2064 more congressional seats. More congressional seats \u2064equal\u2063 more votes in the Electoral College.<\/p>\n<p>To the Democrats, this \u2064is simple math \u2014 sovereignty and\u200c public safety be damned. I\u2019ve listened\u200b to many \u2064Texans ask in exasperation: When will enough\u200b be enough? When will there be enough illegal immigration, enough crime,\u200d and enough handouts of \u201cfree\u201d phones, plane tickets, hotels, and cash for noncitizens who enter this country illegally? Is it 7 million more \u200dor maybe 20 million more?\u2063 I believe\u200b the answer to that question is 270. That is the number of electoral \u2062votes required to win the presidency in the Electoral College.<\/p>\n<p>The crisis at the border is not\u200d an accident, nor is it\u200c a confluence of outside factors resulting in\u2062 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/charlamagne-tha-god-sounds-alarm-to-democrats-that-illegal-immigration-is-hurting-the-party\/\" title=\"Charlamagne Tha God warns Democrats: Illegal immigration harms the party\">unchecked illegal \u2062immigration<\/a>. Instead, it is planned and facilitated by the\u2062 Democrats in \u200bWashington,\u200b D.C.,\u200b to bolster failing\u2063 blue states, \u200dincrease their representation in Congress, and cement a permanent\u200d majority in the Electoral College. Many reasonable Texans wonder why anyone would want a sanctuary city or sanctuary state. The logic becomes more obvious once you understand the end game: to \u2064create a\u2062 welcoming enclave free\u200d from consequences, flaunt the law, refuse to cooperate with law enforcement, \u200dand swell a population dependent on the state. Then count everyone, citizen and noncitizen alike,\u200d to\u200d amass power.<\/p>\n<p>Does this sound \u200ccrazy? Is the government capable of executing such a plan, or are they simply\u2062 incompetent? Usually, the \u2063simplest answer is the right one, so incompetence \u200dcould be a reasonable answer. Still, there is no denying\u200b that Democrats are aware of\u2063 the power of\u200d counting illegal aliens in the census.<\/p>\n<p>In July 2020, The Texas Tribune published an \u2063article titled: \u201cTrump Pushes to Exclude Undocumented\u2063 Immigrants when Congressional Seats Are Divvied\u200d up Next Year.\u201d The \u2062article said in part, \u201cPresident \u2063Donald Trump opened a new front Tuesday in\u200d his effort to keep undocumented immigrants from being counted when lawmakers redraw congressional districts next year, \u2062a \u200cmove that could cost Texas several seats in Congress if it succeeds.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>In 2021, during a \u2062congressional hearing,\u2062 Rep.\u200c Yvette Clarke, D-N.Y., said, her district \u201ccan\u200c absorb a \u200bsignificant number of these migrants.\u201d Why did she encourage more illegal aliens to live \u200din her district? She stated plainly, \u201cI need more\u2064 people in my district just\u200d for redistricting purposes.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Our founders recognized that states \u200dcould be incentivized to increase their\u200b population numbers in the census.\u2064 In Federalist No. 54, written 236 years ago, it was argued that \u201cthe accuracy of the census\u2063 to be obtained by the Congress will necessarily depend, in a considerable degree on the disposition,\u2062 if not on the co-operation, of the States, it is \u2063of great importance\u2062 that the States should feel as \u200blittle bias\u200c as\u2063 possible, to swell or to reduce the amount of \u2064their numbers.\u201d They cautioned that the states could have \u201can interest in exaggerating their\u2063 [number of] inhabitants.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Equal representation under the law for our citizens is essential in our\u2063 republican form of government. Illegal aliens should not be used, to the detriment of \u2063U.S. citizens, in a cynical plan to dilute \u200bthe power of U.S. \u200dcitizens and extend certain\u2063 states an\u2064 exaggerated population, which \u200cresults in greater power over the legislative and executive branches of \u2062government.<\/p>\n<p>The stakes are indeed high. Just remember this: President Biden does not want you to count the number \u2063of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/pentagon-to-use-jbsa-lackland-fort-bliss-to-house-unaccompanied-migrant-children\/\" title=\"Pentagon to use JBSA-Lackland, Fort Bliss to house unaccompanied migrant children\">illegal aliens crossing<\/a> our southern border, but \u2062he surely wants to count them during the census. His first 12 hours in office make that clear.  <\/p>\n<h2> What was the purpose of President Biden&#8217;s \u2062executive\u200d order on ensuring a\u200c lawful and accurate\u200b enumeration and apportionment pursuant to the decennial census?<\/h2>\n<p><span>  At noon on \u2063Jan. \u206220, 2021, President Biden took the oath of\u2064 office and began his tenure as the President of the United \u200cStates.\u200c In his first 12 hours, President Biden signed an executive order\u2063 titled &#8220;Executive Order on Ensuring a\u2062 Lawful and Accurate\u2063 Enumeration and Apportionment Pursuant to the Decennial Census.&#8221; This executive order \u2062directed the Census Bureau to \u200dcount all individuals, regardless of\u200c their immigration status, during the census.<\/p>\n<p>Every 10 years, the census is conducted to gather population numbers, which are then used to redraw congressional \u2062district lines across \u200cthe country. The objective is \u200bto ensure \u2064that each district has a similar number of people. The \u200dnumber of people counted in each state directly impacts\u2062 the \u2063number of \u200bcongressional seats that\u2063 state receives.\u200d States with\u200c growing\u2064 populations, such as Texas, gain congressional seats, \u200dwhile states with declining populations, like California,\u200d may lose seats.
