Clanton graduated Magna\u200c Cum\u2063 Laude \u200bfrom George Mason University\u2019s Scalia \u2064Law School. \u2064She currently clerks\u200d for the distinguished William Pryor, chief judge of the 11th Circuit Court\u2063 of Appeals. Before that, she clerked for District Judge \u2063Corey Maze of the Northern \u200cDistrict of \u2064Alabama.<\/p>\n

Marcus\u2019 daughter Emma \u200cLeibowitz is apparently preparing to be a federal law clerk on the Fifth Circuit<\/a>, according to Harvard Law School. Leibowitz is,\u200c like her parents, a Democrat activist. She is currently spending a year as a legal fellow at Democracy Forward<\/a>, \u2062a far-left lawfare group<\/a> chaired\u2064 by Marc Elias. <\/p>\n

Elias ran the dangerous and deceitful 2016\u2062 scam to allege Donald Trump \u2064was a secret agent \u200bof Russia. He\u200b also led\u2063 the\u2063 republic-destabilizing effort to change hundreds of election laws and processes in 2020, causing tens of millions of \u200dmail-in \u2063ballots to flood the system. Democracy Forward is known\u200c for filing lawsuits to prevent \u2062Republican administration of government.<\/p>\n
