Dr. Kevin\u2064 O&#8217;Connor&#8217;s summary \u200dof the findings stated that Biden remains fit for duty and fulfills \u2063all responsibilities\u2062 without \u2062any \u200dexemptions or accommodations.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>&#8220;This was\u200b a complete joke by Dr. O&#8217;Connor.
