Tapper highlighted a \u2064<a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/anti-fascist-rioters-tear-through-portland-and-cause-500k-in-damage-cops-say-new-law-restricting-response-leaves-them-powerless\/\" title=\"\u2018Anti-Fascist\u2019 Rioters Tear Through Portland And Cause 0K In Damage, Cops Say New Law Restricting Response Leaves Them Powerless\">year-long investigation<\/a> by the San Francisco Chronicle, which revealed that the majority \u2063of those killed in police chase crashes were \u200dinnocent bystanders, not suspects.<br \/>\n   \u2062\n    <\/p>\n<p>      &#8220;Police\u200b car chases end\u200c with hundreds dead every\u2062 year\u200c in the United States,&#8221; Tapper \u2064stated. &#8220;And most of those killed are not the drivers fleeing \u2063from the police.&#8221;\n    <\/p>\n<p>      \u200b \u2063 Tapper \u2062sat down with Susie Neilson, a data \u2063reporter at \u2063the\u2062 San Francisco Chronicle and co-author of the report, to \u2064discuss the findings.
