I&#8217;ll give him that. But\u200c as a Republican incumbent, he didn&#8217;t even \u2063secure 40% of the primary vote. The real issue here is that he won&#8217;t reach that 40% by alienating my supporters\u2063 and permanently banning them from MAGA. He won&#8217;t \u200dreach that 40% by resorting to name-calling. He won&#8217;t reach that 40% by attempting to take over the Republican National Committee and having them foot his legal bills. If he&#8217;s not willing to change and acknowledge\u200c the 40%, why should they have to cave \u200dto him?&#8221;<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>The former South Carolina governor made a similar \u200dargument in Charleston \u2064after Trump&#8217;s overwhelming victory, where he\u200c secured 60%\u200d of\u200c the vote compared\u200d to her 39.5%. Despite this setback, Haley managed to raise \u2063approximately $1 million within 24\u200b hours. However, Americans \u2063for Prosperity announced that they would no longer be funding her campaign.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>&#8220;I&#8217;m a woman of my word,&#8221; Haley asserted at her election night party in South Carolina. &#8220;I won&#8217;t give up this fight when the majority of Americans disapprove of both Donald Trump\u200b and Joe Biden.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;South Carolina has spoken,&#8221; she added. &#8220;We&#8217;re the fourth state to do so.
