And \u2063in \u200cAmerica, the radical left is trying to do both,&#8221; \u2063Trump said in Nashville.\u200b &#8220;They want to tear\u200d down crosses where they \u200ccan, and cover \u200cthem up with social justice flags.&#8221;<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>President Joe Biden, himself,\u2063 is \u200bthe\u200b second Catholic to\u2064 hold the Oval Office. The far-left\u200c administration, however, has pioneered avenues of religious persecution against \u200cpolitical opponents, primarily through the Department of Justice (DOJ).<\/p>\n<h2>1. Investigating Catholics \u2063as Terrorists<\/h2>\n<p>The FBI, under the Biden administration, infiltrated\u200d traditional Catholic parishes\u2063 to investigate &#8220;white supremacy.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>In \u2064January last year, \u200da leaked\u2062 memo from the Bureau&#8217;s offices in Richmond,\u2064 Virginia revealed the \u2062federal\u2062 intelligence agency \u200dtargeted &#8220;Radical-Traditionalist Catholics&#8221; as &#8220;Racially or Ethnically Motivated\u200c Violent Extremists&#8221; (RMVE). The \u2064FBI \u2062rescinded the memo once public \u2064discovery made headlines. But a new memo in August obtained by House Republicans\u2062 shows the \u2063FBI&#8217;s surveillance\u2064 of Catholics included multiple field offices across \u2064the country.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The document assesses with &#8216;high\u200d confidence&#8217; the FBI can mitigate the threat \u200bof \u200dRadical-Traditionalist Catholics by recruiting sources within\u2064 the \u200cCatholic Church,&#8221; reported former\u2064 special \u2063agent-turned-whistleblower \u200bKyle Seraphin.<\/p>\n<h2>2. \u200bPro-Lifers Prosecuted for Prayer<\/h2>\n<p>The Department \u200bof Justice indicted 22 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/americans-remember-the-48th-annual-march-for-life\/\" title=\"Americans remember the 48th annual March for Life\">pro-life activists<\/a> in 2022 while neglecting to go after\u200b pro-abortion \u2063extremists who <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/19-times-democrats-and-doj-deliberately-politicized-law-enforcement\/\" title=\"19 Times Democrats And DOJ Deliberately Politicized Law Enforcement\">firebombed pregnancy centers<\/a>, \u2063according \u200bto a \u2064Federalist review. Among them \u2063include Paul Vaughn, one\u200b of a handful who was convicted for the crime\u2063 of praying at an \u2063abortion\u2063 facility in Tennessee. If his \u200bappeal fails, Vaughn, a father of 11, faces 11 years in prison and fines of up to $260,000.<\/p>\n<p>The DOJ claims the pro-life activists &#8220;aided and abetted by one \u200banother, \u200dused force and physical \u200dobstruction to injure, intimidate and interfere \u2063with \u200demployees of the clinic \u2063and a patient who was \u200bseeking \u200dreproductive health services&#8221; when \u2064they spent most of their time \u200cpraying.<\/p>\n<h2>3. Biden DHS &#8216;Dirty\u200b Tricks&#8217; Operation Attacked Christians<\/h2>\n<p>An internal memo published in May \u2062last year\u200c revealed \u2064the Department\u200c of\u200d Homeland Security (DHS) used federal \u200cfunds to launch \u200ca smear\u2062 campaign against \u200cdissident \u2064groups, including Christian organizations.<\/p>\n<p>Dan Schneider, the vice president of the Media Research Center&#8217;s Free\u2063 Speech America, reported on the DHS operations\u2062 in Fox News. According to the memo,\u200b the DHS funneled &#8220;$40 million taxpayer dollars away from bona fide \u2064anti-terrorism programs and into\u200d a\u200d weaponized operation deceptively known as the Targeted \u200dViolence &#038; Terrorism Prevention\u2062 Grant\u2062 Program (TVTP).&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Groups investigated under the federal program include the Christian Broadcasting Network, founded by Pat Robertson in 1960.<\/p>\n<h2>4. Repeal of &#8216;Conscience&#8217; Rule<\/h2>\n<p>In\u2064 2019, Trump issued the &#8220;conscience&#8221; \u200drule to protect health \u2064care workers\u200b from administering\u2063 treatments \u2064violating practitioners&#8217; moral\u200d convictions on\u2063 procedures such as abortion. Politico reported in the spring of \u200d2022 that Biden was preparing to dismantle the Republican-era regulation. The final rule came last\u200d month rescinding protections.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Some\u2063 doctors, \u2062nurses, and hospitals, for example, object \u2062for religious or moral \u2063reasons to providing\u2062 or\u200d referring for abortions or assisted suicide, among other procedures. Respecting \u200csuch \u2063objections honors liberty and human dignity,&#8221; said the Department \u200cof Health and Human Services\u2063 (HHS). But, the agency\u200c added, \u200b&#8221;patients also have\u200c rights and health needs, sometimes urgent ones. \u200dThe Department\u200c will continue \u2064to \u2064respect \u200dthe balance Congress struck, work \u200bto ensure individuals understand their conscience rights, and enforce the law.&#8221;<\/p>\n<h2>5. Biden\u200c Admin\u200c Targets Largest Christian\u200b University<\/h2>\n<p>Last year, the Department \u2063of Education levied a\u200b nearly $38 million fine \u2062against\u200d Grand Canyon University, claiming the school engaged \u2064in \u200cdeceptive advertising \u200bcampaigns. The department said the school\u2063 &#8220;lied to more than 7,500 former \u200cand current \u200dstudents about the cost of its doctoral programs over several \u2064years.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The \u200duniversity appealed the record fine\u2062 in November.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I have spoken to thousands of students, parents, employees, alumni and community stakeholders in Arizona and they all tell me the \u200csame thing: We\u2062 need to fight this tyranny from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/bombshell-fauci-allegedly-visited-cia-offices-to-influence-covid-19-origins-investigation-house-report\/\" title=\"Fauci Reportedly Visited CIA to Influence COVID-19 Origins Probe - Bombshell House Report\">federal \u200dgovernment agencies<\/a> not \u2063only to stand up for ourselves but to ensure this type of \u2064ideological government\u2062 overreach and weaponization of federal agencies does not happen to others,&#8221; Grand Canyon University President Brian Mueller said in a statement. &#8220;American\u2063 people are losing\u2062 confidence in the\u2062 federal government to\u200b be fair and objective\u2063 in their operations and \u2064there are clearly no checks \u2062and\u2063 balances to prevent this type\u2064 of behavior from \u200dthe Department of Education, which is out of \u200bcontrol and continues to broaden its authority and selective enforcement \u200dpowers.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Mueller told The Federalist one month\u2063 prior that the federal government&#8217;s efforts to target the university were &#8220;obviously political.&#8221;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"> <\/p>\n<h2> In what ways\u200c has the Biden administration \u200cbeen accused of targeting Christians and violating their religious freedoms<\/h2>\n<p><span>  The &#8220;conscience&#8221; rule, leaving healthcare workers vulnerable to being forced to perform procedures they\u200d morally\u2062 object to.<\/p>\n<h2>5. Targeting \u200dChristian Schools<\/h2>\n<p>The Biden administration has also targeted Christian schools through its education policies. In an article titled &#8220;Biden Education Policy \u200dDemeans and Persecutes Faith-Based \u200bSchools,&#8221; Catholic\u200b News Agency reported on the\u2064 Department of Education&#8217;s warning to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/how-joe-biden-is-forcing-private-christian-schools-to-violate-their-beliefs-on-sexuality\/\" title=\"How Joe Biden Is Forcing Private Christian Schools To Violate Their Beliefs On Sexuality\">private religious schools<\/a> that they could lose their accreditation\u2063 if they enforce\u2063 policies aligned with their religious beliefs, \u200csuch as not admitting \u2063transgender students.<\/p>\n<p>This move\u200c infringes on the freedom of religious \u200binstitutions and undermines\u200c their\u200c ability to uphold their values.<\/p>\n<p>In conclusion, the \u2063Trump administration accuses the incumbent Biden\u2062 administration of targeting Christians and \u2063violating their religious freedoms.
