The report,\u200d published on Tuesday, revealed that 186 noncitizens residing in Pima County have been\u200c &#8220;involuntarily purged&#8221; from the state&#8217;s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/republicans-democrats-h-r-1-is-a-power-grab-would-undermine-states-election-rules\/\" title=\"Republicans: Democrats\u2019 H.R. 1 Is a Power Grab, Would Undermine States\u2019 Election Rules\">voter registration lists<\/a> since\u2062 2021. Shockingly, seven\u200c of these foreigners appear to have cast ballots in federal and local elections.<\/p>\n<p>The analysis conducted by PILF also provided more detailed information, including the party\u2064 affiliations of the noncitizens. Out of the \u200d186 \u200bindividuals, 108 did not have a party affiliation, while \u206246\u200c were registered\u200d as \u200cDemocrats and \u206428 as \u200dRepublicans. Three were registered as\u200b independents and one as a Libertarian.<\/p>\n<p>The report\u2063 further highlighted that approximately 65 percent of\u200b the records came from political parties and group drives, indicating a more varied range of party affiliations among \u200cthe registrants in Pima County.<\/p>\n<p>A separate report released by PILF last year found\u200d that Arizona had also \u200bremoved 222 foreign nationals from Maricopa County since 2015. Among these individuals, nine allegedly cast\u2062 12 ballots in \u2062federal\u200c elections.<\/p>\n<p>These findings raise concerns about Arizona&#8217;s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/biden-puts-susan-rice-in-charge-of-effort-to-expand-vote-by-mail\/\" title=\"Biden Puts Susan Rice in Charge of Effort to Expand Vote by Mail\">voter registration processes<\/a> and the \u2064potential\u200b for registering\u2063 foreign nationals to vote. While the state requires proof of\u2062 citizenship for state elections, a 2013 U.S. Supreme Court decision prevents the implementation of such a requirement for\u2062 federal elections. Christian\u2064 Adams criticized federal law for \u200bhindering states&#8217; ability \u2063to validate citizenship during \u200dthe\u2063 voter registration process.
