Andy Biggs, R-Ariz., lawmakers and\u200c pro-life activists demanded justice for the \u201cD.C. \u2064Five.\u201d<\/h2>\n<p>After two years, the bodies of five babies who may \u200chave succumbed to\u2063 infanticide by a \u200dD.C. abortionist \u200bhave\u200b yet to be autopsied or investigated. There\u2019s a renewed urgency now because President Biden\u2019s\u200d administration recently weighed in, telling the D.C. medical examiner that they have no need \u2064for these children\u2019s\u200d bodies, which\u200c would end any investigation into potential\u2063 federal \u2064abortion\u2064 crimes.<\/p>\n<p>Why would \u200dthe\u200b Biden administration reportedly put its thumb \u200don the scales here?<\/p>\n<h3>Well, \u200djudging by Biden\u2019s 2024 presidential campaign, if there\u2019s one thing he\u2019s proving to love more than Matlock, it\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/a-circuit-breaker-on-election-night\/\" title=\"The question looms: just how does it come to be that three quarters of Republican and nearly one third of Democrat voters all believe that the election was stolen from Trump?\">late-term abortion<\/a>.<\/h3>\n<p>So much so \u2062that he\u2019s making abortion a centerpiece of his 2024 \u200bcampaign.\u2063 He just kicked off an abortions-around-America tour,\u2062 and now he\u2019s allegedly involved in this \u200bpotential federal abortion \u200bscandal.<\/p>\n<p>This is a case so gruesome that when members of Congress displayed the photo\u2064 evidence of \u2064the potential \u200dcrime, there were audible \u200bgasps in \u200cthe expansive\u2064 hearing \u2063room.<\/p>\n<p>That\u2019s because the \u201cevidence\u201d was photos of the brutalized bodies\u200c of five late-term\u200b aborted \u200bchildren. These were fully identifiable babies \u200dout of\u2063 the womb, now known as \u2063the \u201cD.C. Five.\u201d Or \u200cas the National Abortion Federation called the \u200bintact babies, \u201cpost-abortion tissue.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>This case is now being looked at as a federal crime\u200b by Republicans in Congress because\u2063 the White House-neighboring abortion facility \u200dis suspected\u200d of carrying out illegal born-alive or <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/becerra-i-hope-to-find-common-ground-on-late-term-abortions\/\" title=\"Becerra: I hope to find common ground on late-term abortions\">partial-birth abortions<\/a>. Washington \u2063D.C., alongside\u200d eight other \u2062states, allows abortion \u200dthroughout all nine months, for\u2062 any \u200creason. But when it comes to\u200c born-alive or partial-birth abortions, there \u2064are federal laws that still apply.<\/p>\n<p>So naturally\u200c with \u200dsuch a contentious and barbaric case, you\u2019d figure our nation\u2019s leader\u200d would keep his powder dry and stay far away from it. Well, you would figure wrong.<\/p>\n<p>According to emails obtained by the\u200b Center for Medical\u2064 Progress, the National Abortion Federation claims to have been working\u2063 with\u200d Biden\u2019s Department of Justice on the investigation. Other \u2063reports found that \u200bthe\u200c Biden administration reached out to the D.C. medical examiner sharing that they have no \u200duse for \u2062these bodies, thereby cementing that there will be no \u2062autopsies or investigation. This means there will be\u200d no way to\u2064 confirm or \u2064deny if a federal \u200dcrime was committed.<\/p>\n<p>If the Biden admin doesn\u2019t change their minds or\u2063 something\u200b seismic \u200cdoesn\u2019t happen,\u200d then the D.C.\u2064 medical examiner will have to dispose of the bodies.\u200c There \u200chave been some calls\u2064 from Congress for the DOJ to conduct a full\u200b investigation \u2063into the\u200d deaths of these children. A recent letter showcased 35 pro-life groups calling on House Speaker Mike\u200d Johnson to immediately \u200bintervene \u200cand \u200ccircumvent Biden \u2063world\u2019s reported calls for \u2064disposal.<\/p>\n<p>But instead of coming to the table to work together, Joe Biden\u2062 was recently seen in Nevada on the campaign trail touting late-term abortion \u2063and taking a \u200bfew jabs \u200cat former \u2063President Trump.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI love how Trump is \u2063saying \u200cBiden is for abortion on demand. That\u2019s not true. \u2062That\u2019s not what \u200cRoe v. Wade \u2064said. It\u2062 said the three \u200dtrimesters,\u201d Biden said.<\/p>\n<p>If the evidence of \u200dthe D.C. Five case proves anything, and according to his own words, \u2063it \u200dmay be \u200cthat the only limits Biden supports on abortion are in the\u2062 fourth trimester.<\/p>\n<p>Regardless of where Biden draws the \u2063line \u2064(or doesn\u2019t)\u200c on abortion, one thing confounds\u200c me. How \u200cis it that \u2064when his bureaucrats have allegedly ordered the disposal of brutalized aborted babies, \u2064can he simultaneously go \u2063on\u2063 national \u2064television and tout his support \u2064for\u2064 all-trimester abortions?<\/p>\n<p>President Joe Biden and his \u200dteam\u2063 could solve this case of the\u2063 brutalized D.C. Five \u200din \u200dan instant if they\u200b wanted to. They could help put \u2062this case and the five \u2063children\u2019s bodies to peaceful rest, instead of dooming them to medical waste\u200b without an autopsy.\u2063 Importantly, this could be a moment of true bipartisanship, where Republicans \u2063and Democrats work to solve this potential crime and uphold federal law.<\/p>\n<p>But tragically, in this moment,\u200c there is \u200bno justice\u2064 for the D.C. Five. And with each \u2063passing day, \u2064short of a miracle intervention, their bodies inch closer and closer into the\u200c ash heap of history.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<p> <\/p>\n<h2> How does President Biden&#8217;s\u2062 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/the-paradoxes-of-post-roe-abortion-politics\/\" title=\"The Paradoxes of Post-Roe Abortion Politics\">abortion-focused campaign<\/a> contribute to the suspicion surrounding this case and the prioritization of \u200dhis political agenda \u200cover \u200bjustice?<\/h2>\n<p><span>  L abortion crime has occurred in this case. It seems that the Biden administration is actively \u200btrying to cover up this potential\u2064 scandal and protect those\u2062 involved in these horrific acts.<\/p>\n<p>The fact that President Biden is spearheading an abortion-focused campaign only adds to the suspicion surrounding this case. These were not\u2063 mere \u200cpieces \u200dof tissue, as the \u200cNational Abortion Federation dismissively referred to them, but fully formed babies who had been brutally\u200b killed.<\/p>\n<p>The\u200d fact that the abortion \u200bfacility\u2064 in question is located near the\u200d White House only adds to the urgency of this situation.\u2063 If\u2064 illegal born-alive or partial-birth \u2063abortions are being \u200dperformed \u2063at \u2062a facility so close \u2062to the seat\u2062 of \u200dpower, it raises serious questions about the\u200d state \u2064of our nation&#8217;s moral \u2062compass.<\/p>\n<p>One would expect that our nation&#8217;s leader would distance himself \u200dfrom such a \u2063grisly case.\u2063 However, evidence suggests that the \u200dBiden administration has been actively involved in preventing any investigation or autopsy of these \u2063bodies.\u200b Their \u2062lack of interest in pursuing\u200c justice \u2064is deeply \u2064troubling.<\/p>\n<p>Emails obtained by the Center for Medical Progress indicate that \u200dthe National Abortion Federation has been cooperating with Biden&#8217;s\u200b Department of Justice\u200c in this matter. This collaboration only serves to further\u200d discredit any semblance of fairness or impartiality in the investigation.<\/p>\n<p>Furthermore, it has\u2062 been reported that the Biden administration contacted the \u2064D.C. medical examiner to inform\u200b them that they have no use for these babies&#8217; bodies. \u2063This effectively ensures that there will\u200b be no autopsies or further investigation into the crimes \u200bthat \u200dmay have taken place.<\/p>\n<p>As a \u200cresult, there will be no \u2062opportunity\u2064 to confirm\u200d or deny whether a federal abortion crime has occurred.
