After the verdict, Habba appeared on Fox News\u2019s Hannity to maintain that her client did nothing wrong.<\/p>\n<p> \u201cI think the biggest message I can give the American people tonight is that [Engoron]\u2019s not going to get away with it,\u201d Habba said. \u201c[New York Attorney General] Letitia James is not going to get away with it. The Biden administration is not going to get away with it.\u201d<\/p>\n<p> In a 92-page opinion, Engoron wrote that \u201cthe frauds found here leap off the page and shock the conscience,\u201d adding that Trump and his associates\u2019 \u201ccomplete lack of contrition and remorse borders on pathological.\u201d<\/p>\n<p> James, who brought the lawsuit against the Trump Organization, sought $370 million in damages. While the amount was not quite that high, she praised the ruling in a statement.<\/p>\n<p> \u201cDonald Trump is finally facing accountability for his lying, cheating, and staggering fraud,\u201d James said. \u201cBecause no matter how big, rich, or powerful you think you are, no one is above the law.\u201d<\/p>\n<p> Trump has vowed to appeal the decision, with the front-runner for the 2024 Republican presidential nomination calling the case a \u201ccoordinated Election Interference Witch Hunt being directed by Crooked Joe Biden.\u201d<\/p>\n<p> CLICK HERE TO READ MORE FROM THE WASHINGTON EXAMINER<\/p>\n<p> Habba said she believes \u201cin the end, we will succeed\u201d because \u201cthe facts are on our side.\u201d<\/p>\n<p> \u201cThey will not get away with it,\u201d Habba said. \u201cWe will come at them, we will come hard, and we will literally fight until the truth comes out. There was nothing wrong.
