I didn\u2019t know what it was and what \u200dit meant,\u201d the former volunteer told Raichik of being asked to incorporate <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/topic\/leftism\">pronouns<\/a> into her email signature.<\/p>\n<p>A fellow colleague had requested she use her pronouns,\u2064 but Itkoff \u200bwas confused.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI had seen it\u200d on a couple of letters that had come in after the person\u2019s name. But I didn\u2019t know what that meant,\u201d the CA \u2063resident continued. \u201cSo when I finally talked to her, I \u200dasked what does it mean\u2026 And she \u2063said that it meant they were all-inclusive, which \u200ddidn\u2019t make sense to me. Because it sounds like \u2062you are labeling for females, not males, if you are just putting in she\/her.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Itkoff was\u2063 reportedly instructed to \u201cstep down\u201d several days later via\u200d email.
