Why? A simple reason: Donald Trump. There\u2019s actually a piece of \u200dlegislation; the text came out on Sunday,\u201d she \u200btold\u2063 reporters when asked about Biden\u2019s \u201cmenu\u201d of potential options should the Senate deal not\u2064 make\u200c it to \u200dhis desk.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFolks have been working on that for\u2064 two months, and it is the toughest and the fairest piece of legislation that we\u2019ve seen in decades,\u201d Jean-Pierre continued. \u201cWe want to see this agreement move forward.
