Now, the\u200c State Department is reportedly \u2063 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.axios.com\/2024\/01\/31\/palestine-statehood-biden-israel-gaza-war\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">fast-tracking<\/a> recognition\u200d of an \u201cindependent\u201d Arab state,\u200c which not only promises \u2063to\u200d envelop\u200d Israel in a\u200c three-front\u2063 terror fight but also\u2062 pull the United States into a needless\u2063 quagmire.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<h3>Then again, for Biden,\u2064 rewarding terrorists is a matter of \u200cpolicy.<\/h3>\n<p>If this administration, for instance, had\u200c explicitly promised to help Iran enhance its position in the Middle\u200c East, what would it have done differently?<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Only a few days after the \u200binauguration, \u200cBiden brought back Rob \u2063Malley to spearhead negotiations \u200bwith\u2064 Islamic State.\u200c Now, there\u2064 are <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nationalreview.com\/2022\/03\/find-someone-who-looks-at-you-like-rob-malley-looks-at-iran\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">many problems<\/a> with Malley, but the \u200cbiggest one is that he negotiates <em>for<\/em> Ali Khamenei rather \u200bthan the U.S. And I don\u2019t mean this in some abstract, political sense. The administration \u200dmight \u200bbe infested with Obama retreads who are keenly \u200binterested in making Iran a regional power that can curb Israel (and\u200c Saudi Arabia),\u2063 but\u2062 Malley, now under investigation for \u2063\u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnn.com\/2023\/06\/29\/politics\/rob-malley-leave-investigation-classified-material\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">mishandling<\/a>\u201d classified \u2064documents, assembled a team that literally \u2014 <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2023\/09\/27\/democrats-favorite-appeaser-hired-iranian-conspirators-for-obama-and-biden-positions\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">we have \u200cthe emails<\/a> \u2014 promised\u200d to help the Islamic State.<\/p>\n<p>Talk about\u2062 foreign\u200d \u201ccollusion.\u201d \u200bIt is stupefying that this subversion isn\u2019t a massive \u2062story. One of the Iranian moles still works at the Pentagon.<\/p>\n<p>Iran has spent decades kidnapping and murdering Americans. So a month after Malley\u2019s hiring, the Biden administration <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pbs.org\/newshour\/show\/in-foreign-policy-shift-biden-lifts-terrorist-designation-for-houthis-in-yemen\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">took<\/a> Iranian proxies, the Houthis, off the State Department foreign-terror designation list.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<h3>Then, \u200cas Obama <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nationalreview.com\/corner\/sorry-factchecker-nikki-haley-is-right-obama-sent-iran-a-planeload-of-cash\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">did<\/a>, Biden released billions to strengthen the deteriorating terror \u200bregime and its revolutionary \u2064guard.<\/h3>\n<p>It wasn\u2019t\u200d just ransom. Iranians, supposedly under U.S. and\u2064 EU sanctions, were able to\u2064 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/after-killing-us-oil-projects-biden-begs-russia-saudi-arabia-for-help-fighting-rising-gas-prices\/\" title=\"After Killing US Oil Projects, Biden Begs Russia, Saudi Arabia For Help Fighting Rising Gas Prices\">boost oil production<\/a>\u2063 to a \u2064five-year high last year \u2014 which \u200b <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/JavierBlas\/status\/1752345873747456328\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">amounts<\/a> to an extra $10 billion.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>All this \u2062did was incentivize Iran to further destabilize the region. Iranian proxies have attacked American \u200ctroops \u2062 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.voanews.com\/a\/us-forces-attacked-151-times-in-iraq-syria-during-biden-presidency-\/7360366.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">at least<\/a> 151 \u200dtimes during the Biden years. Last \u2064week, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.reuters.com\/world\/biden-says-three-us-service-members-killed-drone-attack-us-forces-jordan-2024-01-28\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">three<\/a> US\u2064 soldiers were murdered by the regime. Add those lives to the over 600 servicemen \u2062 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.militarytimes.com\/news\/your-military\/2019\/04\/04\/iran-killed-more-us-troops-in-iraq-than-previously-known-pentagon-says\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">murdered<\/a> by Iran over the past\u2063 20 years.<\/p>\n<p>The White House spent \u2063the \u200dweek propping up the president and\u2062 incessantly discussing how we\u2063 were going\u2062 to \u2062respond. At the\u2064 same, they <a href=\"https:\/\/www.axios.com\/2024\/01\/29\/us-troops-jordan-drone-attack-biden-iran-response\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">stressed<\/a> we \u201cdon\u2019t want war\u201d with Iran. Of course, we \u200ddon\u2019t want war. We also don\u2019t need to sound like a pathetic, middling power. But I don\u2019t care if you\u2019re a\u200c neocon, an isolationist,\u2064 or anything in \u200bbetween; there needs to be repercussions for\u200c murdering Americans. Teheran should be \u200dterrified of what comes next. I doubt\u2063 they are.<\/p>\n<p>And while Biden was \u200dboosting Iran\u2019s fortunes,\u2064 he was also empowering their allies in Hamas.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<h3>Donald Trump bypassed the intractable Palestinians, giving Israel space to make peace with most of the Sunni Arab world.<\/h3>\n<p>Iran was\u200c increasingly isolated\u200b and weakened. The first thing the\u200b Biden administration did was place Palestinians \u2063at the center of Middle East policy-making.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Biden <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bbc.com\/news\/world-middle-east-56665199\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">overturned<\/a> Trump-era policy, releasing hundreds of millions of dollars of funding to UNRWA and the\u2064 Palestinians. At the time, Antony\u2063 Blinken <a href=\"https:\/\/www.state.gov\/u-s-assistance-for-the-palestinian-people\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">claimed<\/a> it was critical for\u200d \u201cIsraeli-Palestinian understanding, security \u2064coordination and stability.\u201d Really,\u200c he might as well have written some checks \u2062directly out to Hamas.<\/p>\n<p>United Nations \u200demployees \u200din \u200cGaza, \u200dwhom Washington had long known were \u2063actively assisting the terror group, <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2024\/01\/30\/if-the-united-nations-were-a-country-israel-would-have-to-declare-war-on-it\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">directly<\/a> participated in\u200c killing Jews on \u2062Oct. 7 \u2014 including, \u2063people often seem to forget, \u200c30 U.S. citizens. At least half of the UN\u2063 staff in Gaza \u2064is attached to \u200borganizations designated terrorist by the United States government.<\/p>\n<p>Indeed,\u2063 any \u201dindependent\u201d Palestinian territory \u200dis going to \u200cbe a terror \u2064state. History is remarkably\u200b clear on \u2064this point. Even the PLO, propped up by Western aid and Israeli security \u2064in the \u201cWest Bank,\u201d\u200c hasn\u2019t been able to hold a real election in over a\u2062 decade\u2063 because Islamists would inevitably take control.<\/p>\n<p>If Israel can\u2019t stop weapons from infiltrating \u200cGaza now, what does\u2064 the situation look like when\u200d it is dealing with an \u200b\u201cindependent\u201d state? What does it\u200d look like when Iran becomes a nuclear \u2063power? What does it look like \u2062when the Islamic Jihad \u2014 or whatever group pops up to take its \u2062place \u2014 begins lobbing rockets at civilians?\u2062 Israel will be compelled to act. Next time, it would be invading a territory recognized as a sovereign state by \u2064the U.S.<\/p>\n<p>To allay these fears, the State Department <a href=\"https:\/\/www.state.gov\/briefings\/department-press-briefing-january-31-2024\/#:~:text=But%20yes%2C%20we%20are%20actively,Palestinians%2C%20and%20for%20the%20region.\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">promises<\/a> it will only move forward \u201cwith real security guarantees for\u2062 Israel.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>We\u2063 are in no position to offer security assurances to Israel. What is \u2062the U.S. going to do\u2062 if there\u2019s another Oct. 7? Are we \u200bgoing to send in troops \u2063and build a democracy in Ramallah? We can\u2019t even close our own \u2064borders. The Biden \u200badministration, in fact, already <a href=\"https:\/\/www.timesofisrael.com\/liveblog_entry\/us-reiterates-opposition-to-israels-plan-to-establish-buffer-zone-inside-gaza\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">opposes<\/a> the creation of a security\u200d buffer zone within Gaza to prevent more attacks.<\/p>\n<p>One \u2063of the most preposterous positions of Western <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/the-red-wave-of-conservative-women-elected-to-congress\/\" title=\"The Red Wave of Conservative Women Elected to Congress\">foreign policy<\/a> experts states that\u2063 if Palestinians only had a state,\u200c there would\u2063 be peace in the Middle East. There is no evidence for this. When\u200d Jordan and \u200dEgypt controlled the \u201cWest Bank\u201d \u2064and Gaza Strip, Palestinians still attacked Jews. The Palestinians, the Iranians, the \u200bfaculty of Harvard, The New York Times newsroom, The Squad, and \u200cthe growing pro-Hamas Democrat voting bloc\u200d view all of Israel as occupied territory.<\/p>\n<p>Now, there are those, like the president, who maintain\u200d that the people of Gaza aren\u2019t \u200bresponsible for the actions of\u2063 Hamas, even though most polls find overwhelming support for violent Islamic fundamentalism. Fine. If that\u2019s really the case, there \u2063should be no problem asking the\u200c Palestinians to take the next\u2064 5-10 years to \u200dbuild a civilization that proves it can \u200dlive peacefully with its neighbors \u2014 like hundreds of other ethnic minorities\u200b in the world who don\u2019t have\u200c the benefit of the world\u2019s attention.<\/p>\n<p>Then again, maybe if they all started blowing up \u2063Jews, the West would propose giving them a state, as\u200b well.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"> <\/p>\n<h2> What are the potential consequences of prioritizing Palestinians in Middle East policy-making, particularly in regards to empowering \u200cHamas and \u2063undermining the security of Israel<\/h2>\n<p><span>  Www.axios.com&#8221; target=&#8221;_blank&#8221; rel=&#8221;noreferrer \u200cnoopener&#8221;>axios.com<\/a> proposing \u201cgrown-up conversations\u201d with Hamas, \u2062the terrorist \u200corganization that has vowed to destroy\u200c Israel. Apparently, \u200dthe\u200d Biden administration believes that engaging \u2063with a group that <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/australia-deems-all-hamas-a-terrorist-organization\/\" title=\"Australia Deems All Hamas a Terrorist Organization\">targets innocent civilians<\/a> and promotes violence is the path to peace.<\/p>\n<p>It is evident \u2062that the Biden administration has a misguided \u2062approach to\u200c foreign policy, particularly in the \u200bMiddle East. Instead of holding terrorists accountable, they seem to be rewarding them. The decision \u200bto fast-track\u200b recognition of an \u201cindependent\u201d Arab\u2064 state while Israel is still dealing with the aftermath\u2062 of a Hamas-led terror fight is \u2064not only irresponsible but also dangerous.<\/p>\n<p>The appointment of Rob \u200bMalley as the negotiator\u200d with the \u200bIslamic State is another troubling move by the Biden administration. Malley&#8217;s history of negotiating\u2062 for the \u200bbenefit of Iran rather\u2064 than the United States raises serious concerns about the intentions and priorities of this administration. The fact that he\u200d assembled a team that promised to help the Islamic State only adds to \u200bthe alarming nature of this situation. The investigation into Malley&#8217;s mishandling\u200b of classified \u200cdocuments\u2062 further highlights the administration&#8217;s lack of judgment and commitment to national security.<\/p>\n<p>The\u2064 administration&#8217;s decision to lift terrorist designations on Iranian proxies, \u200bthe Houthis, and release billions of dollars to Iran only strengthens and emboldens a regime that has consistently\u2063 posed a\u2064 threat to American interests. It\u2062 is unconscionable \u200dto reward Iran for their destabilizing actions\u2064 in \u200cthe region, especially when American lives are at stake. The recent attacks on American troops by Iranian proxies\u2063 are a clear indication\u200b that \u200dthis policy of appeasement and capitulation is\u2064 not working.<\/p>\n<p>Furthermore, the administration&#8217;s prioritization of Palestinians in Middle East policy-making is deeply flawed. By overturning Trump-era policies and releasing funding to UNRWA\u200b and\u200b the Palestinians,\u2064 the Biden administration is effectively supporting and empowering Hamas.\u2063 The fact that UN employees in Gaza have been directly involved in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/hamas-fires-rockets-targeting-half-a-million-people-in-tel-aviv\/\" title=\"Hamas Fires Rockets Targeting Half A Million People In Tel Aviv\">killing innocent people<\/a>, including American citizens, should raise serious concerns about the \u2064integrity and \u200beffectiveness of these organizations.<\/p>\n<p>The idea of an &#8220;independent&#8221; Palestinian state is unrealistic and dangerous. History\u200c has\u200d shown that any territory controlled by Palestinian authorities will inevitably become\u200c a haven for terrorism. The inability of the PLO to\u200c hold a real election\u2062 in over a decade due to the rise \u2063of Islamist groups is a clear example of this. Granting recognition and support to a Palestinian state \u2064will \u200conly create more\u200b opportunities\u200d for violence and endanger the security of Israel and its citizens.<\/p>\n<p>Israel is already struggling\u200c to\u200c stop weapons from reaching Gaza. If\u2063 an &#8220;independent&#8221; Palestinian state is recognized, the situation\u200b will\u2063 only worsen. The threat of a nuclear Iran and\u2062 the possibility \u2064of other extremist \u200cgroups taking control in the \u200cregion will further heighten tensions and increase the risk\u2063 of violence. Israel will be left\u2062 with no choice but to intervene, potentially leading to a \u200c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/european-gas-prices-spike-13-per-cent-after-nord-stream-2-cancellation\/\" title=\"European Gas Prices Spike 13 Per Cent After Nord Stream 2 Cancellation\">full-scale conflict<\/a>\u200d between a recognized sovereign \u2062state and Israel.<\/p>\n<p>The Biden administration needs to reassess its approach to the Middle East. Rewarding \u200dterrorists, appeasing Iran, and prioritizing the Palestinians over \u200cthe security of Israel and the United States is\u200c a dangerous \u2062and misguided\u2062 path. It is time for the administration to prioritize \u2062the safety and interests of its\u2062 own\u200d citizens and allies, rather than trying \u2062to appease those who wish to do harm.<\/p>\n<p>Peace cannot be achieved through weakness \u2062and capitulation. It requires strength, resilience, and a commitment to\u2062 holding those who promote violence and\u2063 terrorism \u200caccountable.
