Wade, Joe Biden held a highly publicized meeting with his &#8220;reproductive rights task\u200c force&#8221; \u200bin\u200b the state dining room of the White House.<\/h2>\n<p>At the\u200b meeting, Biden announced\u200d a plan to subvert \u200dthe Supreme Court&#8217;s ruling by instructing Congress to pass legislation that would prevent any state from banning abortion. He also announced\u200d millions of dollars in federal funds to promote abortion and threatened legal consequences for any university that tried\u200b to punish a student \u2064for having\u2062 an abortion.<\/p>\n<p>However, what Biden didn&#8217;t \u2064announce was that, at the same\u2063 time, his enforcers in \u200bthe DOJ were\u2064 planning a &#8220;shock\u2064 and awe&#8221; style \u2064raid \u200dto intimidate and punish <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/americans-remember-the-48th-annual-march-for-life\/\" title=\"Americans remember the 48th annual March for Life\">pro-life activists<\/a>. Just hours\u200c after the meeting, a team of\u2064 heavily armed FBI agents arrived at the home of Paul Vaughn, a pro-life activist in Tennessee, and arrested him in \u200bfront of his\u200d children.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"500\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Video of\u2063 the FBI&#8217;s arrest of Paul \u200dVaughn of Centerville, Tennessee. They were arrested for\u2064 misdemeanor trespassing. This incident was blown out of proportion, \u2063with one protester even being charged with &#8220;contributing to the delinquency of a minor&#8221; for bringing a child\u200c to the demonstration.<\/p>\n<h3>WATCH: The Matt\u200d Walsh Show<\/h3>\n<p>Paul Vaughn wasn&#8217;t even arrested by local police\u2062 that day because he wasn&#8217;t trespassing. The \u200bwhole situation was trivial, as even the police spokesman\u200b acknowledged. They\u200d were charged with violations of the federal &#8220;Freedom of Access\u200d to Clinic\u2063 Entrances Act&#8221;\u200d (FACE Act), which carries penalties of up to a decade in prison.<\/p>\n<p>This selective enforcement of the law is hypocritical \u200dand goes against the principles of equal protection and due process. \u200cThe Biden administration is punishing political disobedience\u2062 based \u200con ideology, while pardoning nonviolent offenders in other cases.<\/p>\n<p>Unfortunately, this pattern of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/pro-abortion-arsonists-have-firebombed-three-pro-life-groups-in-a-month\/\" title=\"Pro-Abortion Arsonists Have Firebombed Three Pro-Life Groups In A Month\">targeting pro-life activists<\/a> is\u2063 not limited to Tennessee. Similar\u2062 cases have occurred in Washington, D.C., where activists were convicted for FACE Act violations, and in Birmingham, where a\u2062 woman\u200b was arrested for praying silently outside an abortion\u2062 clinic.<\/p>\n<p>Conservatives must push back against this unconstitutional attack on civil liberties and \u200cthe ideological persecution of pro-life activists. If these actions\u2062 continue unchecked, it won&#8217;t be long before they \u2064come knocking on \u2064everyone&#8217;s front door.<\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<h2> How has President Joe Biden&#8217;s administration responded to\u2062 the\u2063 Supreme \u200cCourt&#8217;s decision \u200cto overturn Roe\u2064 v. Wade?<\/h2>\n<p><span> <\/p>\n<p>It is alarming to witness\u200d the actions taken \u200bby President Joe \u2063Biden&#8217;s administration\u2062 in the \u200dwake \u200bof the Supreme Court&#8217;s\u200d decision to overturn Roe v. \u200bWade. While Biden publicly presents\u2062 himself as a champion of reproductive rights, his true intentions are coming to light.<\/p>\n<p>In the first week of October 2022, just 100\u200d days after the Supreme Court \u200bruling, Biden held a highly publicized meeting with his &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/biden-doj-launches-task-force-to-try-to-protect-abortion\/\" title=\"Biden DOJ Launches \u201cTask Force\u201d to Try to Protect Abortion\">reproductive rights task force<\/a>&#8221; in the\u200b state dining room of the White House. During this meeting, Biden unveiled his plan to subvert the Supreme \u200bCourt&#8217;s\u200c ruling by urging Congress to pass legislation preventing \u2064any state from banning abortion. Additionally, he \u2064announced the\u200d allocation \u200dof millions of dollars \u200bin federal funds to \u200dpromote abortion. These measures,\u200d combined with his threat to introduce legal\u2064 consequences for universities\u200b that \u200dattempted to punish students for having \u200dabortions, demonstrate a clear agenda\u2063 to ensure unrestricted access to abortion across the country.<\/p>\n<p>However, what \u200bBiden\u2063 failed \u2062to disclose during this meeting was the \u200bsimultaneous plan orchestrated by \u2062his enforcers in \u200cthe Department of Justice\u200c (DOJ) to crackdown \u200bon \u2064pro-life \u200bactivists. Just hours after the meeting, armed FBI agents stormed the home of \u200cPaul \u2064Vaughn, a pro-life activist from Tennessee, and arrested \u200dhim in front of his\u2064 children.<\/p>\n<p>Vaughn&#8217;s\u200b arrest was\u2062 for\u2062 his participation in a peaceful protest at an \u2062abortion facility last\u2064 year. Alongside other pro-life activists, Vaughn sang and prayed \u200bin\u200c the\u2062 hallway of the clinic.\u2064 They \u2063were initially charged with misdemeanor\u2063 trespassing, a charge that was blown out of proportion.\u200b In fact, one protester was even charged with &#8220;contributing \u200dto the delinquency\u200b of \u200ca minor&#8221; for bringing a child to the demonstration.<\/p>\n<p>The footage of Vaughn&#8217;s \u200carrest, taken by\u200c his wife, reveals\u200c the troubling tactics being employed by the \u2062FBI. In the \u2062video, we see heavily armed agents storming Vaughn&#8217;s home, creating an atmosphere of shock and fear for both\u200b him and his children.<\/p>\n<p>This incident\u200b serves \u2064as a \u2062clear example\u2063 of the Biden administration&#8217;s \u200bhypocrisy. While publicly championing reproductive rights, Biden is \u200dsimultaneously orchestrating a \u200dcampaign of intimidation and punishment against those who align themselves with the pro-life movement. It\u2062 is \u2064a sobering reminder that the protection\u200b of constitutional rights\u200b should extend to all\u2062 individuals, regardless of their\u2064 beliefs.<\/p>\n<p>As\u2063 citizens, we \u2064must remain vigilant\u200d and hold our \u2063elected officials accountable for their\u2064 actions.
