We hit it all:\u2064 DEI, <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/SpaceX?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">@SpaceX<\/a>, \u2062aliens, \u2064the\u200c meaning of \u2063life, and how \u200bto hold on to the American dream. They also addressed the increasing push\u2062 for companies to\u2062 adopt DEI initiatives.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Shapiro:<\/strong> &#8220;DEI effectively is \u2062a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/miles-anonymous-taylor-accidentally-exposes-the-fraudulence-of-the-mainstream-media\/\" title=\"Miles 'Anonymous' Taylor Accidentally Exposes the Fraudulence of the Mainstream Media\">conspiracy theory<\/a>\u200d in which there\u2019s \u2064a cadre of powerful \u200dpeople who are at the top and they \u2064control everything else that\u2019s happening. And \u2064because those powerful people \u2064are\u2062 at the top, they are exploiting \u2062everybody else and they have to be taken down more than one peg. And that conspiracy theory aligns very closely with anti-Semitic conspiracy theories.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Musk:<\/strong> &#8220;I think DEI \u2064is very \u2063extremely anti-Semitic in \u2062its core. And it\u2019s just generally anti-meritocratic, \u2063which I think is very dangerous. You want to have a \u2063society where\u2062 you succeed\u200b based on your skills and hard work, and that\u2019s\u2064 it. And it doesn\u2019t matter \u2062about \u200cyour race, gender, creed,\u2062 religion, \u2062nothing. You know? Just, are \u2064you good \u200bat your job? Do you work hard? Do you have high integrity? Nothing more.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Shapiro \u2063also raised the\u200b issue of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/amid-concerns-about-declining-birth-rates-china-announces-plan-to-reduce-abortions\/\" title=\"Amid Concerns About Declining Birth Rates, China Announces Plan To Reduce Abortions\">declining birth rates<\/a> around the world, particularly in the West, and its connection to religion.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Musk:<\/strong> \u200d &#8220;The birth\u2064 rate tends\u2062 to correlate with the \u2064degree to which someone is\u200d religious, the degree to which they have the least amount\u2062 of education, and basically the poorer someone is, the\u200c less educated someone is and the more religious they are, the more kids they will have.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Shapiro:<\/strong> &#8220;So \u2064I\u2019m going to \u2062make\u200c the case to you on a religious level that the only one of those \u2062things that is \u200bpossible to have in the West and\u2064 not get rid of all the glories of the West is a belief in a\u2063 higher power or inner \u2062religious\u2062 belief. I mean, like\u200d I\u2019m\u200c doing pretty well, and I have \u2064four kids.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>To conclude, Shapiro asked Musk\u200d about the experience that defines\u2064 him, leading to a discussion\u2063 on philosophy, God, and the meaning of life.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Musk:<\/strong> \u2062&#8221;In\u2062 order to \u200bunderstand the meaning\u2063 of life, you have to expand the scope \u2063and scale of consciousness and get out there and explore the galaxy\u200b and \u200cthen you can better understand the meaning of life.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<h2> How does Musk think companies should create a culture that values individual talent and skills while ensuring equal\u2063 opportunities for everyone<\/h2>\n<p><span>  Nduces a quota system where\u2064 diversity is prioritized over merit. What are your\u2063 thoughts on this?&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Musk:<\/strong> &#8220;I understand \u200bthe intention behind DEI initiatives, which is to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/bud-light-digs-itself-deeper-hole-as-it-donates-200000-to-empower-lgbtq-owned-small-businesses\/\" title=\"Bud Light donates 0k to support LGBTQ+ small businesses.\">create equal opportunities<\/a> for everyone regardless of their background. However, I believe that true diversity and inclusivity should come organically and not be \u2063forced through \u200cquotas. Companies should focus on\u2062 creating\u200d a culture that values individual talent and skills, and ensure that everyone has\u2063 an equal chance to succeed.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>In addition to discussing DEI, the conversation\u2064 between Shapiro and Musk also touched\u2064 on space exploration and\u200c the future\u2063 of humanity beyond Earth. Musk spoke about his vision for SpaceX and his determination to make \u200dlife multiplanetary. Earth is not a resilient planet, \u2064and it&#8217;s vulnerable \u2063to \u2062potential catastrophes. By establishing a presence on other\u2063 planets, we can ensure the survival and continuation of our species.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Religion was another topic addressed during the interview. Shapiro asked Musk \u2062about his \u2062views on religion\u200d and \u2063whether he believes in a higher power.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Musk:<\/strong> &#8220;I have\u200b a deep \u200dappreciation for the wonders\u2063 of the\u200b universe and the \u200claws of physics that\u2063 govern it.\u200b However, I \u2063don&#8217;t have a religious belief in the traditional \u2062sense.
