Hillary Clinton, for example. The failed politician posted \u2062the following <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/C2fSiFmOSLH\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">note<\/a> \u2063on her Instagram account \u2063on Wednesday:<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>The answer to\u2064 your next question is: Yes, that is almost certainly \u2064a veiled\u2062 reference to the 2016\u2063 election that she lost despite winning the \u200cpopular vote (because the popular vote doesn&#8217;t count in\u2064 presidential elections).
