Dan Newhouse. Both representatives have criticized closed hearings by federal officials and selected groups \u2064involved in a proposed lawsuit settlement that could potentially breach\u200b the dams\u2063 to restore\u200c fish populations.<\/p>\n<h3>Hearing Details<\/h3>\n<p>The upcoming hearing, titled &#8220;Exposing\u200d President Biden&#8217;s Plan to\u2062 Dismantle the Snake \u2063River Dams \u200cand the Negative Impacts to the United \u200dStates,&#8221; will take \u200bplace on Tuesday, Jan.\u200d 30, \u200cat 10 a.m. EST. It will\u200b be live-streamed on the <a href=\"https:\/\/energycommerce.house.gov\/\">House Subcommittee on Energy, Climate and \u2064Grid Security<\/a> website.<\/p>\n<p>Witnesses \u2062confirmed\u2064 to appear include representatives \u200dfrom the federal Council on Environmental Quality, U.S. Department\u2062 of\u2062 Energy, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, and Bonneville Power Administration.
