Eager to share their experiences, they took\u2062 to \u200cthe Cybertruck Owners Forum on Jan. 15 to express their likes and dislikes, drawing from their previous ownership\u200b of Tesla Model 3 cars.<\/p>\n<p>These owners never\u2062 had the need to tow\u2064 anything \u200bwith \u200ctheir new\u2062 Cybertruck and used just under 6,000 kilowatt-hours, averaging about \u2063599 watt-hours per mile. This \u2062resulted in a range\u200c of 164\u2063 to \u2062206 miles, which is significantly lower than the advertised \u200drange of 320 miles.<\/p>\n<p>When it came to charging, the\u2063 majority of their charging \u200ctook place at home using their Tesla Generation 3 wall connector. \u200bA complete charge would take them between eight to 14 hours. On the road, they occasionally found second-generation \u2062superchargers, which took two hours to charge, and \u200bthird-generation superchargers, which took just over an hour. Unfortunately, they\u2064 were unable to test Tesla&#8217;s fourth-generation supercharger, known for its fast charging capabilities.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>&#8220;A dream\u2062 to drive, disappointing charge speeds and range\u2062 of \u2063about 210\/164 miles averaged over\u2063 10,000 miles. We think the overall \u2064value is okay,\u200b but there are\u200d still some production problems to work out.\u2064 The sound system is beyond great,&#8221;<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>The owners summarized their \u2064thoughts\u200b on the Cybertruck, highlighting\u2064 its enjoyable driving experience but expressing disappointment\u200d in its charging speeds\u200c and range limitations. They also mentioned that there are still\u2064 some\u200c production issues that need to be \u200daddressed.<\/p>\n<p>One unique \u2062feature of the Cybertruck is \u2064its \u2063size, which allows for the use of all-terrain or all-season tires. These owners \u200cinitially received the truck with all-terrain tires but \u2062switched \u200cto all-season\u2063 tires\u2062 after \u200ddriving about 1,700 miles. Interestingly, they reported no difference in mileage between \u2064the two \u2064tire types. However, changing the tires did not improve the truck&#8217;s road noise, which was one \u2063of the\u2063 owners&#8217; dislikes.<\/p>\n<p>Concerns have been raised about the Cybertruck&#8217;s stainless steel exterior \u200bposing a threat to pedestrians and\u200d cyclists.
